If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous and shady. My friend’s car was towed, and when she called earlier in the day, she was told the fee to retrieve it would be $170. When she went to pick it up, the price had jumped to over $500 with a bogus “research” fee added. No one on site could explain what that charge was for.
Later in the day, I called myself and was told the fee is supposedly added when they have to "look up the owner." That makes no sense if we already knew who the owner was and she called ahead, what exactly were you “researching”? This feels like a made up charge just to squeeze more money out of people in a stressful situation.
Totally unprofessional, completely non-transparent, and borderline predatory. I’ll be reporting this to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If your car ends up here, document everything and ask for a full breakdown in writing.

Kendall Towing Services was quick to answer my call and to tow my car as requested. I was pleasantly surprised they could send someone so quickly. There was great communication throughout the process. I would definitely use them again should I have another unfortunate circumstance.
Like another review here, don’t expect to get an invoice or receipt for the service. They will say they sent you by email but forget about it, also only charge you through zelle so forget about refund or claim or dispute. Terrible customer service
I used this company twice; once to tow a vehicle from one house to another, and once to sell them a junk car. In both cases, the responses were very quick, the driver showed up in less than an hour from the time I called, and everything went smoothly. I didn’t have the key to the car to unlock the wheels, but they still made it work. Everything was fast, easy and professional with no BS. I highly recommend Kendall Towing Service.

He also gave me enough time to find a mechanic so he can drop off the car. Frankie called me when he arrived to the scene and when he dropped of the car. He’s honest and straight up. Wherever I broke down. Didn’t matter where. He was there to come help me out. One time he came and picked up from Card Sound Road with no hesitation. Tonight I needed a tow to change the battery of my car and when many stores closed at 9, Francisco located a store that closed and 10pm and helped me to avoid having to pay for additional towing on another day.
