I had been waiting on my insurance roadside assistance since 7:30 AM, and by 9:00 AM no one had shown up. I decided to Google a local tow company and found Kendall Towing best decision I could’ve made.
They made the whole process super easy, were very reasonably priced, and showed up within just a few minutes. All four tires on my truck were completely stuck, and they handled the tow with great care, making sure my truck wasn’t damaged.
Francisco was excellent professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. If you’re stuck and don’t want to waste time waiting around, don’t hesitate to use Kendall Towing. Highly recommend!
Don’t usually leave feed back but was treated professionally the first time I used Kendall Towing. Then my daughter’s car broke down and called them again, the tow truck was there before I got there. Fast, profesional. Can’t ask for more.
They will provide the towing service but up-charge and misquote. 285 for 10 minutes, the issue was we chose them because they said 25 minutes compared to the others who were an hour. The tow showed up an hour later. So wait an hour and over pay or wait an hour and pay a regular amount. good luck the pricing seems shady

Called the number because I was stuck with my Chopper with a flat tire the guy Francisco told me $285…..down payment right away of $85….and rest of $200 all via Zelle !!! I had no other choice so I did down payment of $85 !!! When the driver arrived my phone was ringing…..Zelle me my other $200 before my bike was even home it was NOT EVEN on the flatbed by then !!! That was odd I thought to myself!!! Then I asked the driver if that guy Francisco was his business partner or brother??? He replied NONE OF IT he was a broker and he called him if he wanted this tow !!! The actual driver told me after asking that he gets $150 for the 3 mile tow to my house!!!! I couldn’t believe what I heard…..the broker Francisco took $135 ALMOST 1/2 of the tow costs….which he made up….for a 3 mile MOTORCYCLE TOW not even for a car !!!! I was scammed very bad…..don’t dial that number if You have an emergency…..call someone else !!!! $285 for 3 miles for a Motorcycle just think about it….unheard off and I worked at Harley for years a while ago !!!!

Had originally called AAA, after waiting 5 hours for a tow (for my flat tire ) they gave me an update it would be a longer wait. I quickly found Kendall Towing Services online. Gave them a call and someone was there to help me at the exact time I was given. 100% recommend!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous and shady. My friend’s car was towed, and when she called earlier in the day, she was told the fee to retrieve it would be $170. When she went to pick it up, the price had jumped to over $500 with a bogus “research” fee added. No one on site could explain what that charge was for.
Later in the day, I called myself and was told the fee is supposedly added when they have to "look up the owner." That makes no sense if we already knew who the owner was and she called ahead, what exactly were you “researching”? This feels like a made up charge just to squeeze more money out of people in a stressful situation.
Totally unprofessional, completely non-transparent, and borderline predatory. I’ll be reporting this to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If your car ends up here, document everything and ask for a full breakdown in writing.
