  Awesome company! My heath care company had to transport 3 medical vans from Texas to California and they exceeded in every way. From start to finish everything was explained and transparent and went smoothly. We had to transport the 3 vans with 2 different trucks due to them being extremely large and I have to say I am shocked at how smoothly it all played out. Great communication and very thorough about the whole process. Will definitely use them again to ship more of our company medical vans, thank you guys!

  They had my car towed from Dallas to Houston with the front hooked up and the rear wheels on the road spinning the entire way causing the transmission to go bad. they should know better. Its not max's fault but the the company he used should be black listed.

  Working with Max was extremely easy. He was always available and always returned your phone call if it was passed working hours. He was even able to receive text messages and that help ensure accuracy when I had to make an shipping change AFTER they already took my vehicle. The time that it took for my vehicle to reach the destination was faster to be expected. I will be working with them again if I ever need another vehicle moved in the future.

  Initially everything seemed fine with the transaction. Then things changed once my cars were shipped. Unbeknownst to me, Max outsourced the shipping of my cars to another company. I esigned a contract from Max for a certain amount. When the driver arrived with my cars, the amount of money I owed the driver was more than what Max said I owed. The driver showed me the contract he had with Max showing the price discrepancy. Essentially, Max undercut the driver and the difference was put on me. I called Max and he said he would refund me the money immediately. He never did. I asked him for several months to refund this money. He actually lied about it several times, initially saying that he would refund my credit card which he did not. Then he said he would cut a check and send it to me, which he did not. At one point he said put my refund check in the mail himself, which he did not. He repeatedly lied about refunding my money. I am now in the middle of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and USHIP. I recommend using caution when dealing with this company.

  Max and Auto Transport out of Miami was fantastic. They picked up my Camry in an hour and delivered to Florida less than 24 hours away. Driver Edgar was also wonderful.

  I was skeptical about picking a transporter with all the horror stories I would read online but I'm glad that me and my wife chose professional auto transporters they can be trusted and are a honest company when it comes to shipping your car to any part in U.S. The person I have dealt with was so accommodating and professional. The driver also went above and beyond in every way. Great communication and helped with allowing me to store some personal stuff in the car. Very satisfied with their service.

  Excellent transport services The car showed up yesterday, On time . I was impressed with the professionalism and on time service. Never have I received a call from the owner asking if everything is O.K. Not the cheapest, but Only a few dollars more than the cheapest. Coming from a guy who has used the cheapest, The price to be paid is high. Been there , done that with a 63 Nova ss. If there the cheapest , there is a reason. But they were far from the highest. Id highly recommend these guys. Great service highly recommended

  I paid and scheduled on Friday. My truck was picked up from NY on Saturday and sitting in my driveway on Monday Morning...Super Fast! Customer service was very professional and honest. Will definitely use again
