They took my car(per insurance company’s request) over a week ago and no communication. Every time I call they hang up on me and don’t take my calls. I’m telling my insurance company about their bad service!
Thieves!!! I took my car to them to sell it, after two months of not getting sold went to retrieve it and what a coincidence, the $450 Mercedes key was never found. I called the police and they couldn't do anything about it because the person who received the car and key never registered receiving the key. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had multiple things stolen out of my car, the manager Julio would not provide any security footage or disclose who force opened my vehicle. No compensation was provided. I would not recommend this establishment for anything.
This place is very suspicious when cars are towed there by insurance company for storage, they go through all your stuff and worse of all they take your tag off your car and now it's a hassle to get it back from them. Been calling a week now to get them to mail my tag to me but it's just a run around, the young lady on the phone was very polite and and tried to email the manager but a week later and her email was not even acknowledged. Why would they even take a tag off a customer's car is beyond me and rummaging through your personal property is very shady for a business.
I got into a car accident this morning at 10am, my car insurance company tells me this place is supposed to pick my car up for inspection. I have not heard from them all day. There must be someone working the phones because I went from having waiting music to the line just straight hanging up on me. This place is less than 2 miles away. If it's taking this long to just pick the car up who knows when you'll get your car back. If you are reading this, take a look at all the 1-star reviews, and ask yourself how this shop still has an average of 4 stars. This should tell you everything
I like to buy cars from copart. But buy car in copart is like a lottery sometimes you win sometimes you lose couple issues been happen with me but I guess that's normal

The females who answer the phone here and try to answer questions are brainwashed and can't answer a single one. I don't think anyone here knows anything about cars. Probably all lemons.
Vehicle had a fire inside and was ran into with a forklift between pictures being taken and pickup. Will not stand being "Copart Guarentee", they have an out for everything. Could not find vehicle when being picked up, took a good hour.
Last week I took a pretty bad hit to my car that left me carless. Before my car was towed I made sure all my belongings were in the back seat locked. A towing company took my car and it was there for a short period of time.Geico took a hold of my car and it was taken to copart. When I arrived to take my belongings from my back seat, I discovered all my stuff are hanging off the broken trunk and the back seat empty. All I found were empty boxes and nothing else of value. Someone from copart stole my belongings and NO ONE wanted to give me any information nor help me get my license plates. There is no point in filling a complaint as obviously no one would care. I’m devastated and hurt.I hope that the person that did this to me reads it because you should know that I am a nursing student. And what you took from me might not be a big deal for you but for me it was of great value.
Im not going to lie, this place was a little difficult to find, but it was worth it. All of the staff were extremly nice and very attentive. Althought, it was busy they never broke a sweat. They kept the line moving pretty quick and with a smile. Lucy assisted me with everything i needed and more.. much appreciated.
This is the worst experience I ever had buying a car from an auto auction. Starting from a false advertising, long waiting periods of time and make the entire experience a nightmare. First time buyer there and this is my last time too. I hope people starting reading this review and open your eyes. You are a about waste your time and money like a lot other users. Check their reviews under the BBB before make the mistake I made. At this time the BBB won't do Anything so I'm going in a different route. Legal action.
That disrespect so great I have been calling for 30 minutes by phone to get information about a vehicle to pick up and they have hung up the telephone, they do not let me speak and they leave me waiting without explanation. Horrible
The service inside is great and professional but on the other hand the loaded drivers very very unprofessional they make tow truck drivers wait on purpose this message is for the management do your job.
Very BAD experience, I did purchase the car 70 days ago, I don't received the title yet. They are very irresponsible, I'm very disappointed with that deal. Not recommended
Very loose place with their business motto. Very impolite and just want their money without putting up correct information. Don't ever buy from this yard.
Never had this horrible of an experience. Only Copart auction I know that works against everything they stand for. The employees were impolite and the GM, Julio, was absolutely horrible to work with. The vehicle they listed on their site was not the way they described and now they are doing everything in their power to get around it and have me stuck with a vehicle that has way more issues then mentioned. Everything from previous repairs and held on drywall screws and the description is front end damage. Seriously?
Worst experience ever!!!! Every single time we come here to pick up a car it takes them 3 years to bring it out because there is only one person on a forklift and 15 trucks waiting for a vehicle. We spend almost an entire day waiting and the service is extremly slow. We go to multiple co parts in Miami and never have as much trouble as we do at this location EVER TIME. They should really look into the business model of the other co parts in the area for guidance.
This place is a joke, I have been waiting 2 days for a couple of cars to get pick up, after they told me they were going to be pick up the same day. They definitely have no idea on how to run a business in a professional matter. They lie to get you in and then, they don’t deliver on their promises!!!
