If I could no stars I would… I called early am for a part I was looking for. They told me they have it and gave me a price. I drive 1 hour away to pay and pick up the part and when I arrive they don’t have it. The part isn’t even in the vehicle. I waisted my time and efforts due to the uncertainty of parts at this shop. Be aware and make sure they aren’t lying about what parts they have. Poor business
The good attention does not make them the best, they are inresponsible, I ordered a part for a model of a car, they told me that if they had it, I went from NAPLES to buy it, they made me wait an hour and 20 minutes I returned Naples, the part was not for my car model, I was to make a return, they had me 5 days saying that they were going to return the money and they never made it lost money, I called them many times and they told me what you want, we will not give you back the money because of a mistake they made. THEY SOLD US AN ENGINE FOR OUR COMPANY VAN, ASSURED US IT WAS CHECKED BY THEIR IN HOUSE MECHANIC, THE ENGINE WAS RUSTED AND UNUSABLE. THEY RUFUSE TO REFUND THE FUNDS OR REPLACE THE ENGINE. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTR BUSINESS BURRUEA AND THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WIL LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Went there to replace my engine abril was really helpful and would be there when u need her but the mechanic left almost everything loose in my engine broke bolts owner said to fix anything i needed that he would reimburse me for what ever i spent a lot of things just were done wrong which i ended up spending wayy more that i needed to owner kept saying to hit him up with the amount never got replies from him after we spoke on the phone twise i would not let them touch my car again radiator was replace as well and i was leaking oil from transmission hose i would recommend them for parts but not for any job
This is the only place that was able to find the tail light for my Range Rover. I looked everywhere and no one had it. If you need parts in good condition not only for RR, but for other models this will be the place. Thank you

These people are out of their minds. Bad customer service . Super expensive. Even more expensive than a brand new part. Second and last time I spend money there. Smh
I came in wanting two car doors. I was able to leave with more then that. I not only was able to buy two car doors but also a finder. He worked with the little money I had and gave me a really good deal. I was reassured over and over that everything would be ok. Everyone was really friendly, very respectful and kind the whole entire time. Today I’m back for the car sets and I didn’t know how I was going to switch them or how to get them home. Once again I was reassured that I had nothing to worry about. Overall really great service. Most definitely would recommend
