Fast , very nice , I waited 3 hours for aaa. I got sick of waiting called Ernesto and he was there in 15 mins. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Got a flat tire on the way to the airport at 5:30am (was already running late). Didn’t have time to try to change my tire on the side of the palmetto and make the flight, so I entrusted Ernesto with the tow back to my house, while I got a ride to the airport. He was there quickly, communicated well, and sent me pictures and videos once the car was dropped at my house. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Ernesto showed up in 20 minutes! That is unheard of in Miami. Incredibly professional and respectful gentleman. Call him without a doubt. I have lived in Miami for 24 years and I never met a towing professional like him. He also owns the business. Impressive!

Ernesto was a life saver yesterday (10/11/24). I was visiting Miami due to hurricane Milton, and had a flat tire in the parking garage where my car was. Ernesto came and picked up both me and my little dog at our hotel and took us to the car repair store as soon as I got off the phone with him. Also, he worked with me not knowing much Spanish which was a life saver as I had called other tow trucks companies but none of them were able to help me due to the language barrier. Please do not hesitate to hire and trust Ernesto with your car towing needs. He was so fast and effective. I made it home to Fort Myers because of his help. Gracias!!!!

This guy I gave $25 for services. This guy took the $25 I called to cancel and wants to stay with the $25 then calls me insulting me and calling me names. Lucky I can not put the recorded phone call cause I would love for everyone to hear it. BAD FOR BUSINESS CALL ANOTHER TOWING COMPANY! FILING REPORT WITH THE FTC, BBB and with the attorney general of the state of Florida

Honestly great guy, helped me out when i was at my lowest and dealing with family emergency situations. Will definitely work with him again if needed.

Had a flat on I-95 and was able to call Ernesto right away. He was quick, reliable, and professional. He also was able to leave immediately to come get me which is hard to find for a towing company. Very fair and reasonable price as well. Accepts Zelle or CashApp and a small deposit is required but counts toward your service just to lock you in. Highly recommend!
