I had a boating emergency today and when I finally had to call my local Sea Tow was cursed at, called names and hung up on by the stellar customer service representative. He would not give me his name and was just nasty. I am a business owner myself and would be livid if any of my staff represented my company as this guy did Sea Tow. What a joke, lesson learned.
Great phone help! I was unfamiliar with the St. Lucie Inlet and so before transiting through I called Sea Tow in Stuart and spoke with Riley. He was really helpful in sharing his knowledge and experience with me. This is the kind of local advice that's hard to come by and based on this I can highly recommend Sea Tow.
When I signed up with these guys, they told me that it would include parts delivery to the Bahamas. They really came through for me when I needed it the most. The day after I called them, my water pump was delivered to the Bahamas, and I was able to have it installed and get my crew home. I highly recommend Sea Tow Treasure Cost and the Guys there.
stay away stay away they are thieves in the night
they left me at a mooring ball after telling me they cant tow any
more after 6 pm and if they do its 350.00 an hour
left me stranded
the owner of this franchise in treasure coast dose not like
northen accents so if you are a boater from up north
or if you even have a northern accent stay away !!!!!

to boat us has a minimum 7 so who would can give you better service the choice it up to you
Sea tow is by far the best on the ocean. Father and son run the business but the son was the one who deserves the credit. It was Gillian’s three hour cruise turned into eight hour nightmare. The son, Christian, impressed us so much, his expertise handling the boat was great. I was so thrilled with the kid that called his father and told him how great he was.
Remember John, if you need any auto body work or window tinting, you have two friends.

captian zakery was great he was able to guide our boat to our slip and retrieve rods that can off. very personable and caring. would recommend captian zackery any you need help.
Sea Tow Keeps raising their prices. I have had sea tow for over 15 years and never had to use them, thank god. You would think that maybe they would give some kind of discount to their customers that pay every year and never had to use their service. I know other people that feel the same way. Its just like comcast price keeps going up but the service isn't any better.
Gotta say Sea Tow capt Christian, or was it capt Alex? (My bad memory) did a fantastic and professional job of towing me to a repair shop. He kept me informed of his ETA all the way and I really appreciated his professionalism.

I was stuck in the Bahamas in April and was asking for a tow.
after a few days they came up with different stories, first it was that there are few boats Infront of me so it will be a while, then that the sea is rough so again they cannot tow then they added if you don't take your propellor off it will be few thousand dollars extra charge!!
In my opinion they did everything in the book to avoid towing me.
I ended up towing it on my own dime. Today while talking to Ryan the owner and explaining the story he then remembered who I was and started to be short, rude and raising his voice at me...it ended by him HANGING UP the phone on me!!
We purchased our Sea Tow membership hoping we would never have to use it. Today, our boat wouldn't start after a short excursion. Captain John Rambo arrived promptly and efficiently connected our boat and towed us as far back towards our slip as he could. Unfortunately, we have a slip that is located past a short bridge, so we had to manage the rest of the way. Captain John Rambo was very nice and our experience with Sea Tow was great!
I am a seat old member have been one for more than 30 years way back when they were on the east coast of Long Island I had an issue with too much water in my boat and my boat was listing badly it was too late to go out and purchase another pump. Called sea tow wanted to charge me $3,000 to come and spend 30 minutes to pump my boat out seriously thinking about changing after my membership is up
They are amazing! We were having such trouble with our boat in the inlet. Our paddleboard fell off the boat. The seatow guy told us to go to safer waters. We called later on & they had it at their Jenson beach office and offered to meet us with it. We went to pick it up easy & convenient. They went above and beyond our year membership. My daughter and whole family thanks you! It was very unsafe out there but seatow is everywhere. I was very grateful after what we went through that day to see seatow out there. Anyways I can go on and on. Thank you!
