Sea Tow is the best tow company out there. Very fair and efficient. I've been towed twice and they were there within minutes. Courteous and professional, highest recommendation.
I have been member of Sea Tow Palm Beach for 22 years and actually used their towing services one time. The captain responded immediately and towed me back to my dock. People ask me why I keep my membership when I don't break down. I always answer - I hope I never need to get towed but it is comforting to know Sea Tow will be there if I need them.

Today our boat broke down on the intracoastal in Boynton Beach, a short distance from our slip. Captain Auston of Sea Tow Palm Beach was an absolute pleasure. I’ve been a Sea Tow member over 20 years and it’s worth every penny!
6/1 unbelievably rude. Name calling defamation. These folks should be driven from a business that has to deal with with the public. Members are hated by this franchise. They seem to be willing to do anything to refuse contracted services

Had a superb experience with Captain John Snow. I was headed to West End Bahamas on my 35’ sailboat. Calm winds so I was under motor. We head out at the West Palm Beach Inlet at 5 AM. My boat has been running like a champ for four full days down the intercoastal waterway with no issues . At about 3 miles offshore. The motor completely died when I tried to restart it. It ran for about five seconds and died again, I called SeaTow at 5:25 AM and Captain John Snow was dispatched, He was at my boat by 6:40 AM, 3 miles offshore. He tow’d me in and had me at the dock tied up by 8 AM leaving me a full day to make my repairs. I had the boat fixed with a new water pump by early afternoon thanks to John being so fast.
Thank you Seatow Palm Beach for its excellent customer care practices and in specials for Captain Sergio spectacular emergency services response, he did above and beyond to save me and my son from our disable Sailboat Catalina 30 “Capoeira” he was outstanding on every aspect of a professional Seatow Boat Captain, he demonstrated a incredible interpersonal, great job knowledge, using all resources the Seatow Marine Emergency Response articulating with multiple Seatow agencies to take us safely back to our home port. He said “ Im Captain Sérgio from Seatow, you are in good hands, we will assist you let me take care of a few things and make sure that I offer you the best options. And in did I’m right now seated with my family on our Thanksgiving dinner thanks to him and all other Seatow agencies Captains that participate on our rescue.

Sea Tow to the RESCUE. Well organized service that no boater ever wants to use. However, when you need assistance on the water Sea Tow is there. Captain Sergio provides the finest service and operates with great care and concern for the distressed operator and their vessel. SeaTow should be Proud to have captain Sergio on their Team!
If you need help on the water SeaTow is your “go to”. Even better if Capt Sergio is in the Yellow Rescue boat!
Matt was amazingly quick in getting to me and just as fast getting me to my trailer,he is very good at his job and pleasant all around,he is a great asset to SEATOW,thank you
A great experience with Captain Matt, he got too us quickly and professionally handled our situation, we were drifting in rough seas and captain Matt towed us back through boynton inlet safely, we could tell he knew exactly what he was doing all the way back too the boat ramp. And even was able too diagnos our problem with the boat and we were up and running the next day. Highly recommend seatow palm beach !
Take awhile to come but definitely saved the day. Very overpriced but the guy that came was very pleasant & did what he needed to do to help! I do recommend anybody that owns a watercraft to get sea tow membership
I have been boating for 50 yrs. I took an hour of instruction with Capt Rob at Suntex Marina's customer appreciation day, Lantana.........and yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks. Thanks Sea Tow !!
