I had a very very very pleasant experience with AC-Towing. He was very respectful and informative. He showed up really fast, and he handled my vehicle with care, like it was his own. I highly recommend his service to any and everyone who is in need of a great tow truck company. If I could give him 10 stars I most definitely would.

James was the fastest tow guy I ever used 3 minutes car was ready and didn’t mess up front bumper and towed it to my house and put it exactly where I asked,not sure if anyone else could beat the experience!

Fast & efficient service JC had my vehicle out of the mud before i arrived from 1.3 miles away. It was late & he was patient and made me feel very comfortable about the job he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing any type of help being stuck on the road

Today my lexus suv unexpectedly had an engine issue , leaving me stranded just off US1 in Jensen beach. I called triple A and they promptly put me in contact with Tim Rains of Performance Towing and Recovery. Tim called and texted me updating me to his time of arrival. Tim could not have been more professional and courteous. I’ve had to call a towing service a few times in the past and none were as prompt and helpful as Tim with performance towing . My vehicle was placed on a flatbed truck and brought to the Lexus dealership for repair. Tim texted me when my vehicle was dropped off and sent a photo as well. If you are in need of tow, this company has my highest recommendations. Tim, thanks again for helping me out today !

TJ and his crew were more than professional and super careful with my brand new corvette that needed to be towed to the dealership with a freaky break issue. They took their time to ensure my car was loaded and unloaded properly as its super low to the ground and the front end could have easily been crushed had it not been handled correctly. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you a million times over!!

This company did an amazing job. Driver Timothy Rains took care of everything. I couldn’t be there for the tow and left a key for him to access the vehicle. He loaded the vehicle and sent me pictures at every stage including drop off. He was even there in less time than was stated. He really made the best of a bad situation for me. Oh my goodness if only everyone operated this way! Timothy my tow truck driver from Performance Towing& Recovery LLC, I can’t thank him enough for his graciousness and kindness. Timothy you are gem and you are wonderful! I was so stressed, my car died at the gas station, who knows why, and had to be towed from Fort Lauderdale up to Port St. Lucie. As soon as I put a call into AAA I got a text from Timothy letting me know his ETA and asking me some pertinent information about the car etc. He kept in contact with me the whole time and when he arrived I saw that his rig is clean and well-maintained and he was so professional. He even offered to help me get all my stuff out of my car. I knew my car would be in great hands. He followed up with me to ask if I got my rental car OK and if I got where I needed to go all right. He sent me photos also, once he got the car to my home in PSL. He was just the sweetest guy! What a wonderful asset he is to the company! We had the best experience with Timothy Rains. We were on the last hour of a 12 hour trip home and my car overheated. We put the order in and within 15 minutes Tim was there to the rescue. We had AAA plus so he towed us the 78 miles to my dealership at home. He was so nice and friendly - we had a nice chat along the way. Highly highly recommend this company and ask for Tim!

Driver Timothy Rains of Performance Towing appeared after I called triple-a for help. Our Van stopped running all of a sudden in the middle of a street. We pushed the Van out of the way and called triple-a and they called performance towing. Timothy appeared about a 1/2 hour later and was very kind, polite and very helpful and experienced. He put our Van up on his flatbed truck and took us to the Chevrolet dealer. We do appreciate what Timothy Rains did for us as well as his helpfulness and his courteous handling of towing our van.

Reached out to them through AAA and for the first time and as long as I can remember, the tow truck showed up before the estimated time of arrival that Aaa provided! Timothy not only called in advanced, but was very personable and took the time to ask me how I was doing! Upon arrival, he promptly and professionally shook my hand and said hi to my son! He then safely load up my vehicle and made sure to ask who the technician was at the local dealership to make sure he dropped it off in the right place! Driver Timothy Rains towed my truck on the flatbed truck and did an excellent job to show up on a timely basis and deliver the truck to my mechanic and he was kind and communicated very very well and we really appreciate his service. Outstanding service.

Even though I had to wait 3 hours it was nice to have such a nice young man help me out with a difficult situation! Tim Rains was polite, helpful & courteous! He had never seen a trike like mine [as most people have not] much less towed one. My rear tire blew out while I was going 70 mph on i95 at the height of traffic at 530! Thank you Tim for being thoughtful and getting my trike towed!

I put in a service request with AAA, 5 minutes later the tow truck operator called me to confirm & 15 minutes later Zack popped up and took us home (Me & my dog). He was extremely professional, has the patience of Mother Teresa, he’s got a great personality, not afraid of interacting with people. He was even courteous on the phone. Yesterday I had called AAA to have a car towed from Deerfield Beach to Port St Lucie. I had been in contact with them for a little bit that is with AAA finally they had someone coming to that area because they were dropping off and it was perfect that my car was being picked up for the driver. I would like to tell you that your driver Timothy Caruso was fabulous he was kind and cared about getting the car to us and he couldn't be any more pleasant. I hope that other people when needing a Towing, please call Performance Towing. This driver kept us continually informed where he was where the car was I couldn't say anymore about how wonderful this young man Timothy.
