The fees are outrageous and the women answering the phone are not helpful nor do they have the decency to say there is an added 3% when using a credit card. That fee was almost $40 more dollars just to swipe a card when their fees are already very expensive.

Waited 4+ hours for AAA to send Performance Towing. Called Kauff's after canceling AAA. They were there within 30 minutes. Gracious driver and hooked me up and got me home fast. Very professional and I will certainly call them if I ever have trouble again!

Had a rental car that needed to be towed due to a malfunctioning alarm system. We had been assigned another tow truck company and they never showed. After two hours , We were finally swapped to Kauffs. The dispatcher called me took down sone basic info. He told me a driver would be there as soon as possible. Sherman arrived very promptly to pick up the car. Literally about 15-20 min. He was very friendly knowledgeable and seems like he enjoys his job. Thank you for a great towing experience

First time needing a tow on my lowered vehicle. Ultimately ended up getting towed twice to get the vehicle to my mechanic. Not a situation anybody looks forward to, but Sherman and his team made the whole experience a breeze. For both tows - the receptionists, Jennifer and Skylar, were courteous and efficient in obtaining necessary details and providing a quote. Sherman arrived quickly with his flatbed, and was fast, considerate, and highly proficient at getting my vehicle loaded and transported to where it needed to go. He's awesome company during the drive, and he expertly delivered my vehicle into a tight, narrow spot. Have you ever observed someone that's so good and efficient at their craft, that it's a pleasure watching them work? That's Sherman. 10/10 Highly recommend this team for any towing and transportation needs. Hope I won't need you again anytime soon, but if I do, I know I'm in excellent hands. Thank you!
