Service manager, patient man. Computer with check in SLOW real SLOW. Took 15 minutes to get checked in and 10 to get checked outed with printer breaking. Used service same location 2 months ago same issue. They also lost my valve stem cover. Won't go back.

Great quality work for a fair price. I originally came in for a suspected issue with my brakes and rotors, but it turned out to be broken shocks and struts. They kept me informed the whole time, sent pictures to confirm damage, and allowed me to choose the services from there. Not only that, but I told them that I needed the work completed same day because I was traveling tomorrow-- they delivered, and so much so that they stayed an hour after they closed to make sure all the work was done and everything ran properly. Genuinely could not appreciate the guys here more!

Had my tires replaced at Pep Boys. The team was friendly and got me in and out within a few hours. Would come back again.

I had a flat tire that couldn't be patched. This was on a Sunday. I called Pep Boys. They didn't have my tire size in stock. They ordered one and said it might take a day to get it delivered. I received a call early Monday morning that the tire had arrived. They had it installed in a short period of time. I was very pleased with their quick service.

I dropped my car truck off for new tire installation. The team was incredibly friendly checking me in. They found a couple issues I wasn't aware of and thoroughly explained them to me and provided photos of the issues as well. They didn't pressure me at all to get this work done then and there which was a relief as I hadn't planned for the additional cost or time it would require. I will definitely be back!

I want to share some positive feedback for the mechanic and the front desk personnel (Sidney & LC). The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care was impressive. Everything was explained thoroughly, the service was efficient, and I felt confident in the work being done. Thank you for going above and beyond , it truly made a difference. Thanks also for the pictures that came along with the inspection of my car.

I would give the Pep Boys location in West Palm Beach Florida five stars but the one in hobe sound where LC works, thumbs down.

My technician was Sidney B. ..he did very good job on my car Honda del sol he replaced tires and Axels ...and Valve cover...my car, I really can feel is driving smoothly and I can turn steering wheel much easier!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Car had been towed in right after they closed for the evening, but they got right on it, checking it out first thing the next day. The advised the battery needed replacement and we approved that. Once they had the new battery in, they did a complete evaluation and kept me updated on the progress. My car looked liked it had been detailed when I got it back. We are long time customers of PepBoys, with oil changes, repairs and tires replaced over the years. And we will continue to use them for our car service needs.

Pep Boys took great care of my needs. Had a signal that key fob was not registering w battery, which led to low battery reading. From previous experience, a few years ago, I recognized this as a battery malfunction. I went to another battery service agency a few doors down from PepBoys in Hobe Sound. I witnessed unfriendly customer communication so I left. From the minute I walked into Pep Boys I felt respected and my concern was listened to. My battery was tested and the results were shown to me prior to purchasing a new battery. The tech who booked my appt went as far as changing the battery in my fob to ensure it was synced with my new car battery. I received a thorough suggested service plan which this gentleman (wish I knew his name) went over with me. He explained these are only manufacture recommendations due to mileage on my car. Pep Boys in Hobe Sound won me as a customer for my auto service needs. Next oil change I’ll have Pep Boys evaluate suggestions from recommendations from Nissan.

Friendly staff. Tech showed me two leaks in a tire and he checked the other three. I could not repair the tire. I was not charged for the service. I really appreciated the gesture. I will be back another time. In a world of charging customers for anything and everything this was a refreshing change.

They were pretty busy. Great customer service. I think his name was Keith, was doing about 3 things at once the whole time, and very friendly and professional. FYI, making an online appointment does not schedule you an apt. It’s better to call or drop vehicle off.

I went there to get my tires rotated and an oil change. I was told it would take no more than one hour but closer to 30 minutes after an hour and 15 minutes I was told that the tires that I purchased from that store two years ago were dry rotted, and there was no way that they could rotate my tires And when they gave me a refund on those tires, it cost 40% more than what I had originally paid for them and it was definitely because the tires were defective. Not my fault.

Got a great deal on Cooper Tires from Hobe Sound Pep Boys. Car was taken promptly at the time of my appointment and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Bonus was enjoying a glass of wine at Casa Del Vino while waiting for car to be done.

Helpful staff with ordering my new tires over the phone, for a long drive back to NYC. Once the tires came in, service to my car was performed promptly. The tire pressure light came on when I got back to my location in PSL & was told the car would recalibrate in which the tire pressure light would go away. It did. On my long drive north, the tire pressure light came back on and I luckily found a mechanic, off the highway, that had to put more air in all tires. Made it home ok and all tires are good.

Joesue was excellent in taking care of my truck needs. Professional service. Hopefully the GM will be able to get the A/C fixed sooner rather than later.

Multiple reasons for praise and thanks. Newly purchased tires turned out to have manufacturing flaws. Josh and Kieth sorted it out and provided an excellent replacement set. I ended up bring so pleased with customer service that I brought my other car in and had them performed some preventative scheduled maintenance. All being done in a timely and effective manner. Great staff!

Went in for a tire patch. Keith was super friendly, respectful of my time and polite. His staff took care of my car in a timely manner and offered to check other tires for correct pressure. Great experience!

I was in for an oil change after making a last minute appointment. My wait time was slightly over an hour which I thought was very reasonable because they were short a technician. Wait area was clean. I was taken care of in a courteous and respectful manner.

I've taken both of my cars here and both times were taken care of by Anderson, who is a true gem! You are lucky to have him! He will keep your customers coming back! Quick service & good prices!

My wife had a flat tire so my son put on the spare and I told them to bring it to Pep Boys. I’ve had great results with oil changes etc so I thought I’d give it a try. They patched the flat, put the tire back on and put the spare back where it belongs. All for $25. What a bargain. Thank you Pep Boys. I’ll be back.

Made an Appointment and showed up 30 minutes early, they got me right in and out and the price I made online, wax exactly what it was. Special shout out to the mechanic Marc, I think was his name and Anderson who assisted me as well. You guys were great, thank you again!

Great price on tires. Free instal via special promo. Scheduled appointment at 10am. Upon arrival they were nowhere ready to take my vehicle anytime soon. I dropped it off came back later to pick up. Tires installed properly, but tech did not wipe off tire rim lube which was smeared all over tire sidewalls and rims.

Excellent service and pricing on a set of Goodyear Eagle tires. They did a full inspection of my car and advised me I also need an aleignment witch I scheduled. I have now used them on both of my vehicles for tires. Waiting to get email concerning my rebate from Goodyear that Pep Boys promoted.

The folks at the Hobe Sound service center are great. Josh, David and the new guy I think Anderson(?), really understand customer relations. I use these guys all the time with all my vehicles. In need of tires quickly couldn't find anywhere on a Saturday that had tires for my car. Pep boys wow amazing place. Later on had a appointment for oil change had pep boys do that also. They saved me so much time and money. I would recommend this place to all. P.s not just pep boys there a women that works there also she is very good at her job.. Great job guys.. and ladies!!
