I don't live near this this store, it was a stop because of a need, but... Experience, friendliness, honesty and willingness to help get you the right parts they need... makes this parts store an excellent go-to for even those that think tire air comes in different colors. You have to deal with someone you can trust... well, here ya go.

I need a new battery came in on Friday at 5:00 the guy behind the desk said he had a battery but said he couldn't put it in because he didn't have a particular party he needed to restore the radio he made me go out to my car and get my owner's manual. He then fooled around a little more and said he did not want to put the battery in because of the radio it was 5:20 by then I had to jump my car to get it out of the lot and I was right in front of the door of the store he turned off the open sign closed the door he did not offer to help me put the jumper box I had on to my car to help me start my car to get out of the parking lot he told me what an expert Honda guy he was well a friend of mine drop the battery into the car the next day there was no problem with the radio this guy just did not want to install the battery and he wasted my time until it was time for him to close his store

Great service but they sold me the wrong oil for the car they had information for. Two days later when I went back, they had closed at least 15 minutes before scheduled time.

The staff know there parts and if they don't have it they can get it with in the same or next day.

Extremely helpful in looking up parts and different options, very patience with my son (new driver) as he navigates repairs on his truck. His money spends just as good as the next guy.

Highly recommend these guys. Very helpful!!! ***Have to update since it wouldn't let me post another amazing 5* reviewr. Lol..But these guys really go above and beyond. Had to go back for battery issue David went out of his way to give me a jump so I could make it to Napa for a replacement. Total lifesaver! And I'm so beyond great ful!!! Very honest and all around great place!!! I give them 10 stars!!!! LoL

This place saved my a**. Needed a radiator cap for an old vehicle to keep from shutting down and lo and behold, they had one. It was a usual dealer item. Great stock for a small facility.

Mark has been here in Hobe Sound since the 1970's - the first and only place I check for parts. While they deal mostly with trade accounts, you will find them very helpful and a reliable source. They only have two full time guys right now-- and you might need to wait at the counter a minute or two during phone rushes, but it's worth the wait to work with good guys who are a part of our very small community.

Owner curses across the store while behind counter. The aisles in the back have parts falling off the shelf and all have brand new boxed parts in the walkway. 1 out of 4 people working there wore a company shirt. Incredibly unprofessional environment.

Take your business elsewhere, this is a logic-free zone! I noticed on my receipt that I was overcharged for one item on my most recent purchase, to the tune of $10 over the price on the price tag. I returned at my convenience to sort this out, thinking that they'll simply apologize for the error and refund me the difference. Instead, they inform me that I, "can't go by the prices on the tags." Yes, of course, how foolish of me... In essence, saying that the error is mine (because there is obviously no way of updating the price tags on the shelves). At this point, I think I'm going to just cut my losses, request a refund, and pick up this gallon of oil at one of the many other local stores who charge almost half the cost for it. This is the part where he informs me that he's going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Keep in mind, this is a gallon of regularly stocked motor oil, not a special order. I'm taking my 80% refund, my personal business, and my employer's business account to one of their competitors who has it together. I told them this before I left and they seemed to think that the $8 they made off the transaction was worth it. Stay away and reward a business that deserves your money.
