I have lived here since 2004 I belong 2 the wood shop ihave worked very hard had a toy program we had 4 places we took toys to every Christ this year we will try 2 get a fur more I had a bad year health wise I will still make toys I have a new person tha will take my old position Todd is the new leader I will help him I als missed the hobby club last year but I will be back this year I love trailer easy good pro in our Bible study on Fridays has helped me to share the gospel to will listen go to Legacy BApist clutch where Iam active
This little community is the absolute best. My parents, aunt, and uncle all live here and we enjoy visiting them as frequently as possible. Lots of wonderful community events with a clean friendly neighborhood

Home away from home. Everyday is a vacation ,with so many activities you can not get bored. Our own beach, pool, activity center, hall for shows and dances , shuffleboard, bocce ball courts, exercise classes, fitness center,a fire department , marina, and post office. Happy to be here!
My grandparents moved to T.E. in the 70's, my parents live there now. The area around has changed, but the people that live there are generally great people. Lots of clubs and activities for the residents. I feel it's a safe place for my parents and all their friends there.
Have wintered in trailer estates for four years great place ,lots of things to do ,and most of the people I met are great , plenty of activities, horseshoe, shuffle board ,music ,karaoke at the beach in park ,Saturday night dances at hall ,your own Post office ,you own Fire Dept . If needed ,Marina to launch or store boats ,slip rentals , storage lot for stowing RV or travel trailers , garbage pick up at door , street lights ( rare for snow bird parks in Flordia period ) streets patrolled by Sheriffs Dept ,also very rare in Flordia ,huge pool ,hot tube , work out room , pickle ball tournaments weekly , bingo , craft club , art classes , golf carts allowed .My thinking is if you dont enjoy this place ,you are not going to be HAPPY anywhere .love it .
Upon staying at Trailer Estates for my second season it became a nightmare of sorts having to deal with a real nut job we had as a neighbor lucky us a 63 yr.old looser and his 40 something psychotic wife (sheriff called her that) had to call the sheriff three times for their repeated harassment of their 80 yr old neighbors. This all started when the elderly couple that have medical issues (asthma ) arrived to their winter home only to discover their neighbor was feeding as many as 25 feral cats and the home owner tried to tell the Punk & Psychotic PLEASE do not feed these cats we are highly allergic to cat dander when all hell broke loose the Psychotic one pulled her pants down to moon the neighbor and call him names to come out and fight ( are you getting the picture) Perfect now I'm stuck with a lease and WHITE TRAILER TRASH for neighbors......this became a fight with Manatee county commissioners, and Trailer Estates trustees. Things got bad cause cats don't crap where they feed so lucky us the cats would eat and cross the road to come to our place and use our sandy yard as their litter box. I had to take my other to Blake hospital emergency room twice in six months for she too is allergic to cat dander, $3,000,00 later in medical bills and my other being interviewed by all the local TV stations in disbelief as to how many people in the park including the wack jobs we had as neighbors feeding lots and lots of cats,not to mention we were in the NO-PET SECTION of the park. This park cannot enforce a single law short of murder, they have no legal recourse ( YEP, VERY HARD TO BE-LEAVE but true!!!!) I've never seen a group of grown adults (trustees) that can't or refuse to get things done......so DYSFUNCTIONAL its disheartening. We will not be returning to this park for this issue (feral cats) are everywhere and I for one got tired of waking up in the morning to cat prints all over my new car and having them fall out of the wheel well .......NICE PARK but not for us.
