I will give 2 stars because the whole process was fast and easy, and no dealer fees which was a plus. However, when we test drove the car we noticed some minor issues that we asked to be addressed before purchasing. One of those being the blinker, it continuously blinked because of after market headlights installed. We simply asked for them to replace the bulb so it no longer blinked continuously inside the car when you turned the blinker on. I had to fight to get Amanda to get the mechanics to replace a simple lightbulb that should have been fixed prior to even showing the truck. Also, I asked for the ac to be charged because clearly it was not running at full capacity. They assured me when I picked up the truck that everything was done and that it was working to fullest extent. When in reality they did nothing to the ac at all. I took it to my mechanic a couple days later and asked him to check out the ac because it’s hot in the truck and of course he said the Freon levels were low and needed to be charged. Please don’t lie to your customers and say you fixed something that you didn’t. It was a simple and cheap thing you needed to do to please a customer. Hold yourselves to higher standards please.

I own two business and don't have time to waste. I told Amanda what I wanted, she understood what I wanted, sent me a link a van she had which fit my description. I asked for a buyers order. She sent it immediately. I visited their establishment the next day day and inspected it. I drove away about one hour later and turned over the van to our shop manager.
The other girls working in the office were fast to get me everything I needed to sign. It was Jimmy Johns fast which is all I really needed.
The van was super clean and is still in great working order. A great addition to our cabinet shop! Thank you!

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a fleet vehicle this time—mainly because their vehicle didn’t have a ramp and I needed one—I still had a great experience working with Robyn. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with: answered the phone promptly, provided all the information I needed, and made the process smooth and easy. She even followed up about five days later with a vehicle option that did have a ramp, but by then I was already in talks with another provider.

Lakewood Ranch Auto Sales did right by my husband and I. We bought a boxtruck from them via phone calls and text messages, flew from New Orleans to Sarasota to pick it up. Got there truck needs repair work ( 8k- 10K worth). They not only fixed the truck but they flew us back home, paid for our room for another night and paid for us to fly back and pick it up two weeks later. Now that's what I call Customer Service. Oh and they paid the first truck note. Robyn and Cathy at Lakewood Ranch did their thing with making it right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it wasn't perfect, but what is in this life. Thank yall for everything. I will be back for my second truck real soon if the Lord Allows. Don't sleep on Lakewood Ranch, they the truth. ??
First off when they say no dealer fees they mean no dealer fees! The price we negotiated was well under KBB value. FL Tax and Title Transfer were the only additional costs! Thats it! Most dealers around here charge 1000s in extras that they have a hard time explaining!
Second, Kathy is absolutely amazing! I spoke with her on the phone as I was coming from 90 miles away to look at this car! She stayed after hours twice to accommodate me and got me in and out quicker than Ive ever experienced! With a credit app and the test drive less than one hour! The folks at Lakewood Auto Sales are honest people running a small business and they are doing things right! They are CarFax certified and stand behind their vehicles!
