Extremely disappointed with this place. Despite the high price, the service was terrible, and the staff was incredibly rude. For the amount they charge, I expected a much better experience. Will not be coming back and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.
I was looking for a part that Ford no longer makes for my SUV. An ABS module. I had it diagnosed at Ford. I felt lucky to find it at A&A. I asked if the part didn't work, would I be able to recieve a refund? I was told yes (by Shawn) for 90 days minus the shipping to my house. Well, the part looked good to Ford. They spent 5 hours putting it on only for it to malfunction quickly and bring up the same ABS codes as before. I was very disappointed. Ford told me to give up on fixing my SUV. They comped me the labor. Today, I called A&A to get my refund minus my $70+ from shipping. I was told, I would have to return the part. I explained it took Ford 5 hours of labor to put it on! How was I going to do that? Its on my still broken vehicle. When I asked before purchasing about the refunds, I was told 90 days minus the shipping to my house. Never did he say I would have to ship the part back until today. So I still have a broken vehicle with a car note and I'm out $419 + so much more.
Been in the area for 30 years and didn't know this yard existed! Nice that you don't have to pay to walk the yard, inventory is accessible but a bit tight, understandable considering the amount of cars. Emails were answered like lightning, friendly and informative, a huge shout out for that! This will be my first go to yard in the future, employees there are way better than 99% of other yards. Highly recommended for any used parts as prices are great, I will be back! Thank-you!
this people don't care about customer Waite in line to talk to the person on the desk to place and order other guy comes over from the yard as he star finishing his order and put me on the side went he was already taking my order this place is joke
They don't care about the consumer 3 minutes late to come and get a part that would take me 5 minutes to grab for an 85 year old man so he could stop getting tickets for a tail light out guy behind the counter did not care was more worried about going home and drinking beer like I said I was 3 minutes late now there's some customer service so
WHOEVER IS DRIVING FOR THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE. THEY CUT ME OFF ON THE HOWARD FRANKLIN BRIDGE NEARLY SIDE SWIPING MY CAR WITH MY 2 KIDS IN THE CAR!!!!! THANK GOD I WAS PAYING ATTENTION AND WAS ABLE TO BREAK WITH NO ONE BEHIND ME BECAUSE LORD KNOWS IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO WRITE THIS POST RIGHT NOW. THIS OLDER MAN THAN PROCEEDED TO PASS VERY CLOSELY TO A SEMI TRUCK. I AM PRAYING THAT HE STOPS SPEEDING AND STARTS PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ROAD!!!!!!
Purchased items that had to be shipped to me but the quality was terrible and 2 of the items were broken. Terrible service, employee forgot to order an item so i had to go back so they could add it, poor communication between employees, asked for a refund and returned all a items. A week later i only received half of my refund, had to go back and found out the employee “forgot “ to process my return. 2 weeks for a refund.
I was at the Ashton post office this morning and my car would not start. One your drivers, Tom, pulled up and I asked him for a jump and let him know I had jumper cables. He agreed without hesitation and when he was done with his visit to the customer window, he moved his truck and got my car going. Such a pleasant, helpful man! I hope all of your drivers have this helpful and considerate attitude! He’s an asset to your organization! Please let him know that his small act of kindness made my day!
I am have happy with my experience at A &A Auto recycling. I had a car that needed some repairs. And I didn't think the car was worth putting the money into. So I called A&A. And they picked up my and really help me out with not knowing where to take it. The staff was very helpful. I would like to say thank you to Mark for making this process easy and for all of your help.

So grateful for them!!! Got a stock headlight part that would have cost me $400 new for $50! Didn’t have to rewire my headlight thanks to them! Very kind people! They follow through! A & A Auto Recycling it is great! Professional counter help that is always knowledgeable and courteous. Their website now allows one to search inventory, which will show what row the vehicle is in. If using mobile device, you'll have to click on the vehicle to see the row number; on a desktop it just shows it. Also, their prices seem to have gotten better and better and are as good or better than the other U-Pull it yards. Plus they don't charge a two or three dollar fee like the other U-Pull-It yards. Always a great experience; I highly recommend A&A!
I've been buying parts from these guys since I was a kid. Great parts great service! Very relaxed atmosphere. Free entry, wow sad I have to say that. Always reasonable prices, and very negotiable. Great place to find parts. This is the ONLY auto salvage I will go to. If they don't have my part, I BUY NEW. I don't waste time and entry fees elsewhere.
Mark was amazing 😉 He helped me with purchasing my brothers car . This was the smoothest transaction I could have every experienced . In less the 10 min we finished the deal .. Example : We drove up to A&A Recycling lot and I meet Mark and I was greeted on the spot .. Mark was so thoughtful in our situation and gave us the best deal he could . I'm not usually one to write reviews but I couldn't let this one slide. Unfortunately my experience with A&A Auto was one of the worst I've ever had. Aside from an employee named James who was very patient and helpful, I can only say the opposite about the manager Sean, and the owner.
Im restoring a car and after looking for weeks, I found out they had a gas tank I had been looking for. It was going to take me 20+hrs round trip to get it since you can't mail a used gas tank and wanted some more information before making the drive.
Sean made it crystal clear with his fumbling uneducated answer, that he had no idea what he was talking about and was not going to work with me because it was too much of an inconvenience. The owner wouldn't even speak to me. And this was after dealing with them for almost 3 weeks just waiting on them to locate the car. Most frustrating waste of time ever.
Doubt this review will do anything, but maybe it will save someone else out there some time and disappointment.
Would anyone pay 30$ just to know if engine that's for sale is in good running condition?
Called to check for availability of certain engine and was told to give credit card info to "get in line". Why should we pay for that?
This yard wont pay for labor cost if it bad engine but wants to collect money for nothing? Like I'm so busy that pay me for lifting a finger? What kind of business is it ?Shawn was the salesman.
These people are super busy. They are nice but they arent your personal google. I personally have had no issue with them but i see reviews with people whining. Dont call in and talk to them for 10 minutes about your story. Im sure they dont mean to be mean to you but they are always busy. Their prices are worth it so get over it or order it online if you need someone to hear your life story for a part.
I called them on a bumper I needed and they had pictures to me within a few minutes. Having dealt with other yards, I'd say that their customer service and turn around time on questions is superb! I'll definitely be calling back in the future when I need other parts.
