Excellent service. Owner was the driver that came out. It was fast no hassle very affordable. I was told driver will be out in 30 min and that’s exactly how long it took for the tow truck to get there. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a tow. Exceeded expectations.
9 am Called for 2 vehicals to be picked up they said they would be there between 11-12. Then they texted at 12 said it would be 2pm. Then said they would text when they were 30 min out. Waited till 5 pm and no call or no show .... When I texted them they said some bs that i did not confirm.... I waited all day for them they knew i was waiting... Will never call them for anything again...

Service was great I was able to have my car towed while I wasn't with my vehicle and they were able to take the car to my requested shop all in the spam of 2 hours, they were quick and delivered updates through the service
The thing you really want when having to wait on a tow truck is great communication. They have it. Very nice people and also sent me a picture of my car when it was dropped off at the dealer.

This company worked for BMW roadside assistance. They kept me informed and were punctual. Did a great job.
Only concern is the driver did not speak English and lack of communication skills with my Mom (the car was at her house) slowed the process. Minor but notable issue. They should have Google translate on their phones to mitigate this issue.
If i could give this company no stars i would! Our insurance company hired them to do a tow for us after an accident which in itself is stressful enough and after 2 hours of waiting for them we were called and given a 2 hour delay. After a total of waiting 4 hours for this company we were called by them and told there are additional fee's that we need to pay them in order to get the vehicle towed. I spoke with my insurance company and there was no extra fee's added initially when the tow truck company contracted to pick up our vehicle. Miraculously and out of nowhere 4 hours they accepted the tow from my insurance company this extra fee was added and we were told they wont tow the vehicle unless we pay $75 additional to what the insurance company was paying them, mind you this vehicle was only going 2.9 miles to my home. This company is a price gouging pain in my rear and they likely lost a huge account as my insurer is one of the more notable companies out there and told me they wont be contracting with this company for towing anymore! I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism that the tow truck driver had. He was very careful and took the time to ensure that my vehicle was loaded unto the flatbed carefully. Oh! I forgot to share that my car died on Easter Sunday and they were able to tow my vehicle even during this very special day.
Wow! Was quoted 90 minutes from my insurance company and they came in 30. The owner of the company came out himself just to make sure we were taken care of sooner, rather than later. At 1:30 AM we were stuck with a dead battery on the 4th floor of. The Westshore Grand parking garage after a daylong trip from Los Cabos, Mexico. We carried a DieHard jump start battery charger in the car, but it didn’t have the juice to start the car. We called USAA, our insurance company, and they called Affordable Towing of Tampa Bay and within minutes we were getting text updates from Affordable Towing. Not long after we were texted that the representative had arrived. The pleasant young man carried his portable charging device to the 4th level because the garage roof was too low for his truck, expertly hooked it up and within a minute I was able to start my car. Well done, Affordable Towing of Tampa Bay!
