I bought a transmission from these guys at the age of 20 in December with 132,000 miles and it broke 4 months later car hasn’t been able to be driven and now I need to start all over again I really do not recommend these guys. Seems like they are taking advantage DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY!! I called and the operator gave 0 shits

This company shipped a package to my house in a pampers brand box. So tacky then my boyfriend couldn't use the part. Asked to send it back and there was a slew of message back and forth. From my understanding whoever it was, tried to make sure the part was not used. Also not to mention to send it back would be at our expense. That's fine I just want to be refunded quick fast and in a hurry. I dissatisfied with the customer service and the packaging this company can do better packaging than that. You will get the same box back .=)

Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help. Their inventory is well stocked at cheap prices. The yard is organized and they know how to locate any item. Awesome experience looking for what I needed! Highly recommend in the Tampa area.
The employee assured me that he would return my call within five minutes to discuss the pressing issue I raised. I appreciated his promptness and hoped to resolve my concerns swiftly. However, as the minutes turned into an hour, it became evident that he would not be following up as promised. I waited patiently, my anticipation slowly turning to frustration, knowing that time was of the essence in addressing the matter at hand.
Despite my efforts to remain calm, the lack of communication made it clear that I would need to seek help elsewhere. To compound my disappointment, the wrong part was delivered to my shop, causing further delays in my work. This mishap left me in a difficult position, as I had relied on this transaction to keep my operations running smoothly. Now, I found myself both waiting for a callback that never came and dealing with the consequences of an incorrect order.
You call for parts, agree on a price and you say you’re on your way to pick them up. You show up and they now inform you the parts are still on a vehicle. Now you can’t pick up the parts and they hope you will to comeback tomorrow. Complete was of my time. This is a great way to loose business and provide a poor customer service experience!
Went for wiper linkage. For $43 I got the linkage, motor, wipers, arms, and plug. With a 3 month warranty. Prices so cheap and products so good I don’t know how they make money. Service was fast too!
Jose is the man! Great process super quick and efficient. Definitely my future go to for any lightly used/great shape parts that no one else will have.

Asked for a few parts, they confirmed they had them available. Told me cost of shipping, price of parts. I agreed to everything and they basically had the deal done. I sent over all my info, and they call the next day, the day after the parts were disassembled. First they say the parts are damaged, then tell me shipping is more expensive. When I agreed to pay the shipping, they tell me they’re gone. So I found the matching parts off another vehicle they have, they tell me and he “deleted the listing those are “gone” too which I don’t believe. I still want to know how 4 calipers we’re all “busted” on a relatively newer car. If you did not want to sell please do not waste customers time. I also agreed to take the damaged parts, he still wouldn’t sell even though they were easy to rebuild. Also had one employee throughout this changing his name because he was afraid of confrontation. I decided to keep my cool and just leave this review here, so other people don’t waste there time.
I've been here a few time over the years for a few different cars now. Each time the price over the phone when I had a guy call and ask for me, matched the price when I arrived alone as a woman. In addition, they seem to have some of the best prices in town. Also, they never hit on me or made me feel trapped while my car was being dealt with or I was getting parts and I was the only female present. They stay busy but the service is fast. All the guys are super helpful and sweet. I recommend them, wasn't paid for this review, and will return to them first next time I need something.

Davidson Used Auto Parts has been in the Tampa Bay area's east side for some time now. The Salesmen there are so polite and very informative. If they don't have what you are looking for they will go above and beyond to help you find it. The service there is of high quality. I’ve bought dozens of parts from davidson over the years and never had an complaint .But this one particular Time . somehow I miss placed an o-ring for my power steering pump.I called around for a couple days and nobody and I mean nobody had it even the GM dealerships.but I went there and explain situation to the guy and they had one.and he gave it to me for free.Wish I could give him his credit. but I can’t remember his name.

Me and my husband have been looking for a part for our car. We have called many places and could not find it. Until we came across this place!! I would give it a more higher rating if i could! Great customer service, we did not have to wait long for our part and for them to help us out! And a plus bilingual workers. I was looking for a trailer hitch for my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan.
I had called at least 20 other yards and they shot me down almost immediately because I said 2019.
The staff at Davidson’s is above par. They were spot on with other years are compatible with a 2019, which by the way is 2008 to current ie 2019.
I thought I was going to have to pull my own parts, which came to a surprise when I did not.
And this is by far the cleanest yard I have ever seen, not to mention how or organized it is.
I would definitely recommend!
Had our part out and ready by the time we got there. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Ok prices for being in a pickle. Went to 5 other junk yards that said they had it but didn't and we called them said yes they had it. And, long and behold they had it. Thank you gentlemen! You are awesome!
