My son's Pontiac G6 was having issues starting, so we took it to another mechanic who replaced the fuel pump. That didn't fix the issue, so we brought it to Macklin. Jason and Richard worked on the car for days trying to solve the problem, although they weren't able to fix it, they told me where to go and next steps. When I asked Jason how much do I owe you, he said nothing! To think thst they worked on troubleshooting the issue for days and didn't charge me tells you something not only about this company, but their values. I will share this story with everyone I know and recommend their services (which include towing) because they treated me like family. Thank you again and again. My family and I appreciate the work ethic and honesty!!!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Driving an antique 1941 Packard across Florida for the weekend. 10 miles outside Avon Park we experienced a transmission problem. Limped in on Sunday evening spending the night in the Jacaranda Hotel. Also great.
These guys had us up and going before 9am Monday morning. Could not be more knowledgeable and helpful.

Sold me GARBAGE! Put $3200 down on a 2002 Malibu and still owed $5000. The same day I left the lot it gave me problems. I called multiple times and they even test drove it and didn't want to do anything for me. I took it to Alan Jay and they stated it needed a whole new computer system (advanced said the same thing!) but Macklins stated otherwise and said they would have my car 3 days and it would run perfect. $300 for a rental later and the car still was not fixed even thought I had it 6wks at that point and has a 3 month full warranty ! This place is just as bad as Cheneys . COMPLETE TRASH!! Would never waste a penny on these people!
Todo el personal fue muy amable y sobretodo, conocían perfectamente de todo lo que preguntaba. La vendedora, Amanda, fue muy eficiente, cariñosa, confiable y muy calificada. Los recomiendo si buscan un auto usado a buen precio.
