Very friendly clerks who really help you find just what you need. Except I needed/wanted a pink thing for over my shoulder seat belt. The belt practically leaves a welt on the side of my throat, so I get the fuzzy covers to help. No Pink??? 😆
Big shout out to Hiram at O’Reilly’s. I came in with a tough brake-pad lookup for a 2020 Terrain Denali — heavy-duty brake package, not the usual catalog stuff. Most places were pointing me to the wrong pads, but Hiram stuck with it, dug into the details, and found the exact ones I needed. Professional, patient, and knew how to think past the computer screen like a real parts man. Thanks to him, I got the right pads, knocked out the job, and had my wife’s car back on the road that same night. Appreciate you, brother solid work.
Friendly and nice. Went out of way to make sure I got not just the right part. But a nice part that worked better then the last one from a store with a better rep.... high five. And will definitely be back
Great location that usually has the best prices in town of them all. I really felt that the store clerk was possibly new here and could have been more knowledgeable about what the items that he was selling, update getting better and say they are getting ready for the A/C Season with special pricing for parts and supplies.
Needed a 20psi radiator cap for a custom built car but they wouldn't sell me one in person because the computer said no.
So ordered the parts needed from their competitor.
Great place to get what you need for parts. I had a question on the right part I needed they took the time to find the correct part. As I had the wrong one. When I need a part again I definitely will be back.
If you ever go to this store look for Jay and Leo. Most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with at an auto parts store. They stayed on the phone with me for 20 min looking for one little headlight bulb and they found the exact match. These guys are great and deserve a raise! I’m a very happy customer!
The staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive and the store is easily accessible. They are still one of the few places that will turn brake rotors and drums. I go there when shopping in Avon Park.
O'Reilly is already the best of all competing auto parts stores. Having said that, this store is the top O'Reillys. I pass others just to come to this one. Staff and management give white glove service and remember every customer. They provide the best atmosphere and service, well beyond job requirements. This should be the corporate training store. Tremendous team who all create a happy work environment.
