I had great service at store # 9131 in February of 2025. The employee's name was Gene, team number 912374. He was very patient and helpful in solving a mechanical issue I had by making several trips out to the vehicle, and finding the correct parts and supplies. Good help is hard to find these days so please give this young gentleman some extra credit.

Advanced is good but very seldomly is there anyone that knows about cars there. There is usually 2 or 3 per store. O'Reily has better prices but they are close

Not sure why I keep going back!! Bad customer service. Called to make sure they had the part. Get there and they say they can not find it. They even said you want to check yourself. SMH. Not to mention the defective breaks they didn’t want to exchange.

This AA is one of the best, most effecient, courteous, helpful around. Had suspected battery issue, Alex scanned for codes and test electrical system. Turned out was battery, ordered online for store pickup while there and received nice discount, new battery installed and on my way! Great job!

Battery bought here t h a t was not good after 6 months. Took one non-idiot to give me my replacement. 3 visits! Needed hired driver to return the bad battery for replacement. The NEW REPLACEMENT WILL NOT CRANK MY VEHICLE IF NOT STARTED FOR 3 DAYS. These a re not reliable battery.

Hassle free warranty exchange on parts, and always quick in, quick out due to the staff. Prices found on web sometimes differ from what's in store, but not the store's fault for that.
