I really appreciate the fast and informative help from Kris at the clewiston auto zone, I went in with the impression that I would need to spend over 400 dollars for a new starter. After diagnosing my vehicle he advised it was the battery and got me up and running.

I am from out of town and my car would not start. I ask some people to help me jump state the car. Drove to auto zone walked in and kris greeted my with a smile. I asked him if he could check my battery after apologizing for interrupting his dinner. I also told him that he could finish his dinner if he would like he said, no sir. After test the battery he not only told me it was bad. After showing me the results of the test, I decided to buy a battery from him and ask, I could borrow some tools, he said, no sir I will put it in for you. I tried to talk out of it because the store was busy and he still proceeded with the work. I will be coming back here if I need anything in the future. I will be working in this town for the next four years.

While on vacation I had my phone mount break. Stopped at this clewiston location autozone and got more than just a new phone mount. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful employee by the name of Chass. She was such a pleasure to speak to and help me find what I needed, I offered her a job at my company in my home state so she could make better money and get better benefits from an employer and a lower cost of living than florida. Unfortunately, she seemed really dedicated to her job and said she loved what she did. But I still gave her my number if she changed her mind. As far as the phone mount, it broke as well but I have broken over a dozen so there's that. Chass is you see this post, the position is still on the table anytime!!! I'll have you making around $100K in less than a single year.
I went into this AutoZone to get something for my car because it was making a weird noise and the employee that helped me was such a delight! She asked me what I needed and I wasnt sure but she knew exactly what my car needed just by me describing what my car was doing. My car is running great now and she needs a raise or something because she was the best! Ill definitely have my friends and family go to this AutoZone whenever we need anything in the future for sure and I hope she is there! She was fantastic and turned a bad experience into a good and cheerful one! You should hire more people like this woman. Think her name was Chaz or kasity I am probably butchering her name ill call up there and get her name real quick.... okay her name is Chass but shes amazing ? thank you for your help! Greatly appreciated!
Andi at store 2903 was very helpful. I came into the store last minute to closing time & he still provided assistance. He helped uninstall & install my battery for me. He was also very knowledgeable.
Chasidy Was phenomenally Helpful, knowledgeable, engaging, and efficient. She is an asset to the store! She made getting new wiper blades,a painless. experience!
Kris store manager was very professional, I needed a part that his store did not have in stock, he went out of his way to pick up the part from another location in another city. Definitely recommend him and his store for all your needs they go above and beyond!! Thank you again Kris????
I visited Clewiston today to do a little fishing. I thought my day was ruined because after arriving my truck battery went dead. Called up the Auto Zone and contact was made with Cassidy Butler, she advised to come over to the store because our battery was still under warranty. I arrive at the store and met Cassidy Butler, who immediately took charge and delegated someone to place in the new battery. After two attempts from employees Cassidy came out Took the old battery out replaced it with the new In less than 10 minutes.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Cassidy is a petite woman, but packs a whole Lotta power.Professional, Courteous, and knows her stuff.
I also had the pleasure of meeting a young man on the staff named Jacobi. Very professional, manageable, and an ambitious college student.

This tire is amazing the gentleman who saved me today was super knowledgeable and got me out of a pickle an hour and 45 minutes away from where I live I can’t believe how great he managed to solve this problem and furthermore even let me the tools required for me to get the job done in the parking lot. Didn’t ask for anything in return so the only thing I could think to do is leave a five star review and hope it reaches many people
I’ve had great customer service from Ja’cobi Thomas ! I came in one night looking for new windows shield wipers after mine totally flew off my window while driving in hard rain a while prior to me coming to get new ones, and he greeted me like someone who cared about a customer’s needs rather than some stores I’ve been too. He’s very respectful, kind and knows how to sell a product really well, he explained to me the different wipers and what they do so I took his advice and purchased the best one, and I must say I’ve never had any window shields like these before, they leave my windows crystal clear without all the extra smudging. While having a short conversation he mentioned that he’d only been working there a few months but I couldn’t even tell because he’s a natural at what he does; has good communication skills and hands on skills. I recommend anyone that goes to Autozone in clewiston to ask for Ja’cobi Thomas. Thank you for all of your help you deserve all good things that come your way in life !
I had a flat tire tonight and I drove into your store and it was closed. I saw a young man inside and asked if anyone could help me change my tire. He did not know how to change a tire but Chasidy came outside and she said she could help. She went and got some tools from car and she and I went to
Work getting my tire off and my spare tire down. She was a major help in changing my tire. My spare was very low and she had a portable air pump

My car wouldn't start and gave me lots if trouble for a week before I made it to this place and my battery was dead. Chris Rubio did an amazing job, explaining to me what was needed and going ahead to change my battery for me. All very fast and with great professionalism.
Today, 1/21/24 7pm, my daughter and I met The most humble and kind people at this location. My EV car run out of battery quick and couldn’t find a charger near by, these gentleman allowed to plug my car into a power source since I have a charging cable. I was able to make it to the nearest station because of them. Thank you both for your kindness and God bless you always . ?
The people working here absolutely go above and beyond! Chasidy helped me find the right battery for my car and took me through the process of getting it transferred so it would be ready the next day! She did the install herself even though it was starting to rain and got me in and out of there in 20 minutes, employees like her are few so management better appreciate her!

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was organized and items were easy to find. I came in for a new battery. Kris replace my car’s battery quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend coming here for the service alone.

Kris the store manager, was nice and very, very helpful and even replaced my battery in my 2019 Chevy truck. It’s hard to find people like him that can handle certain situations.
José P. is a very hard-working man, when you go to autozone always look for José because he always tries to help anyone no matter who they are. He is also always in a good mood. I recommend you guys to ask for him whenever you go.
It was our first time in the brand new Auto Zone. Upon entering we were greeted by the store manager Margaret. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. Everything was kept very clean and organized. We purchased new wiper blades and Margaret was very helpful in installing them for us. She also has a good sense of humor. We highly recommend this store. They have a fantastic team!
