This copart is the nicest place to get your cars. The staff is super professional super kind their office is so nicely decorated they offered me water, the yard is extremely clean and hats off to their loader jimmy he is on point with his loading making sure hes taking care your truck at the time. Definitely will be coming to clewiston more often.

Here it is July 5th 2023. I have been here since 10:00 a.m.. the heat index is 110° and extremely humid! Phew! I went inside the trailer where the office staff is and the three ladies there were so kind understanding and empathetic. I've never had a better weight than here because of these three ladies. I even got some real cold water from them! Their smiles were abundant, they're kindness was exuding, and their love for their work and helping others was extremely visible. Thank you ladies, you made this hot sweltering day an amazing experience.
I bought a motorcycle at an auction, there was a key in the photographs and in the description, when the driver took away there was no key or some spare parts, it was also partially disassembled, they answered the letter sent to the manager that there is a key in the photo, I also saw the key in the photo, but in fact it’s completely received the vehicle in a different condition, disgusting
Terrible customer service, I spoke to Karen Zapata regarding an issue been their fault and resulting in my driver not getting 1 out of the 9 vehicles we had to pick up. Karen Zapata was laughing as I was giving her the complaint which I found to be very disrespectful and the worst customer service you can encounter, It seems that there is a new normal in this location as soon as they feel they do not want to work anymore they just tell all the drivers that have been there for hours waiting that they need to close and people will not get loaded. I am also contacting every manager and human resources in headquarters because her behavior was rude, impolite, an very inconsiderate.
Desastrosos.Tenia mi appoiment para recojer 1 carro a las 5 p.m. y han pasado a todos los que llegaron después delante a cargar car carrier. Son las 6:33 pm y no me han traído mi carro.No respetan el orden del número que te entregan cuando llegas.
Transporters beware!!!! This is the worse Copart. They over book all appointments and have you waiting over 4hrs to get loaded. Then loaders then fight with drivers who are upset and ask them any questions concerning loads. Avoid it for you own goood.
