This location has amazing staff that are always willing and wanting to help . Today i was helped by Demetrice.. he actually stopped what he was doing to help find me something without being asked ...thats great service :) im originally from miami you dont get that kind of attention over there .. thanks Demetrice !

One of the best auto store located around town might not always have in stock but the service and ganrettee to have the part in the future or late that day.

I gave 1 star and if I could have given 0 stars I would. I went in there today because my car told me my key battery was low. I am a 72 year old lady and had no idea what to do. The man told me they aren’t allowed to open the key cover. I said well can you at least show me what to do? His reply was “go look it up on u tube. “

Went right accross the street to auto zone and it was fixed within 5 minutes
The lady at the front helped me look up the proper oil filter for my car and wanted to make sure I had the correct oil also. Service was quick and smooth. Would stop here again if I needed something else for my car.
I went in for a motorcycle battery that shorted out that was a few days past its warranty, they worked with me, although they couldnt do a gree exchange (I understand policy is policy) I happily bought a new battery from there and made me feel comfortable there. Staff is friendly, 1 guy in particular there, Gil. Seems to be very knowledgeable about his stuff. It's the store I use when I need anything and ask for Gils assistance when I can.
When I visited this location, I was greeted by Joe Cobiella who is the General Manager. He was very compassionate and understanding of our situation. We walked in about an hour before closing and he went above and beyond to assist us with a bad battery. It belonged to my brother who had recently passed away. My brother was currently living in Clewiston and was a regular at this Advance store. Joe happened to remember my brother and expressed his deepest sympathies. We were sure the battery was under warranty so he took the time to dig into the system and help us out with a new battery. It may have seemed like a small task but it definitely went a very long way and meant the world to me, his wife and brother in law as we were grieving. Thanks again for your kindness.

Their knowledge and information they shared helped me to get back on the road.

I do not recommend this store nor will I ever shop here again. Me and my husband were more than a hour away from are home when I trailer broke down on the side of the road. We informed the employees of this as we purchased some lug nuts. We realized we needed something else and returned just 3 min past closing time and the guy who knew we were stuck on the side of the road would not let him in. Some great service guys. What happened to helping people in need?? They wernt even in a hurry to get out of there as we returned 30 min later to go to a different store and they were standing outside talking smoking cigarettes. It's a good thing we thought of a way to redneck the trailer up to get home. And Tractor Supply was there to help!:)
