I had an extremely disappointing experience at the NAPA store in Clewiston, Florida that has ensured I will never return. Upon entering, I approached the far-right counter and was "greeted" by a woman with dark hair whose attitude was nothing short of hostile. She was dismissive, uncooperative, and downright rude—making it abundantly clear that customer service was the last thing on her mind. Rather than offer any assistance or solutions, she treated my questions like an inconvenience. Her abrasive tone and complete lack of professionalism turned a routine visit into an unnecessarily frustrating ordeal. Because of this one employee’s behavior, I will gladly drive well out of my way to another NAPA—or any other parts store, for that matter—where basic courtesy and customer service are still valued. Avoid this location if you expect even the bare minimum level of respect or assistance.

Edit; showed up months later 20 min before close and they just waved at me from inside. Original review: Manager was rude and refused to take core exchange, and told me to leave when I questioned her why not, she should be fired. Worst Napa experience of my life. Left the parts there with no money back.

Alex and the young lady who delivers parts both deserve five stars for saving me from being stranded without a starter on an out of town trip. Friendly, knowledgeable and had the right part to me in less than 10 minutes from the initial phone call, and covered free under lifetime warranty. Back on the road and under an hour! A+ thanks again!
