Got stranded on the side of the road on alligator alley, had to leave vehicle behind. He picked up my car fairly quickly and hauled it 83 miles to my home in Boca Raton. Very kind and professional.

On Christmas Day, we were driving north on highway 27 when our car broke down an hour and a half into our road trip. Called a few towing companies, but no one picked up the phone. Received a call back from Carlos at Big Lake Towing & Transportation. He arrived at our location within 30 minutes as mentioned. Drove our family to where we needed to be without incident. The price was fair. Carlos was professional, efficient and saved our Christmas!!
It was a Sunday almost midnight, a woman alone, broke down on the side of the highway.
The phone was answered on the 3rd ring with a estimated arrival time of thirty minutes.
The tow truck arrived as promised. My heart jumped for joy!
Everything was very professional and expertly handled.

Service was provided by my insurance provider as a road side assistance. They were timely and efficient. Provided me details to a near by tire shop and were able to walk me through future details on a spare tire maintenance . I would recommend for future services.
This king came to my rescue, I have forgotten his name because I was under stress but this king slayed and came from clewiston to belle glade and took my car all the way to north lake, my hero <3 he was so kind too and fast and efficient. Will def call again if I am ever in trouble
Carlos is the best ! He was super professional and friendly. He kept me updated the whole time I was waiting or home to tow my vehicle. Once he delivery my vehicle to the mechanic he sent me photos where he parked my vehicle.

My son ran out of gas on 27 and we called AAA at 8:55 and 4 hours later we were still waiting. I reached out to this company and Carlos came to our rescue. At 12 AM he did not hesitate to help. He even had to wait at gas station for power to come back on so he could get diesel. He kept me updated on what was happening. Once he got the diesel to my son he then followed him to gas station. He then called to let me know as was good. I can not say enough about this young man. I would highly recommend this company. Oh by the way we are still waiting on AAA to call us back.
