By far the worst tow company in south Florida area lying receptionist claimed she called me three time to confirm a tow when I called gieco to make sure I had a tow truck coming. Operation makes no sense you have a partnership with an insurance company who pays you just to neglect their clients no wonder why you guys have less than 3 stars y’all are terrible at your jobs as a whole receptionist a crybaby when someone needs a tow we could careless about your feelings you’re there to help the customer if I could I would give ZERO stars
I have been here 3 times. Twice for myself. Once for a client. And ive never had an issue. Polite, and quick. On my last trip Jessy was a great. Had me out of there in 10 minutes and was very pleasant in otherwise scrappy situation for me
I’m so upset, they towed my car from MYYYYY apartment complex because my registration expired and I called to ask for some humanity since the transmission was broken and I’m on maternity leave so I can’t afford to fix it but none was shown and they just kept saying it was $190 to pick it up before 6am and if I waited until the next day in hopes of talking to a manager but the price would be $400 something if they can’t do anything. So with the little extra money my husband and I have saved up we walked in the middle of the night with my 8 month old to pay and pick up my car since my husband would have to push the car to go in reverse. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one was because the man there was very nice and helped moved the car so my husband didn’t have to push the car.
I was connected with them through my roadside assistance. They took three hours to respond. They continued to say they would be there in 30 minutes. Each time I or my roadside assistance reached out. The person answering the phones outright lied saying the call before mine took longer than expected. When the driver arrived, I asked if he had a tough call before me, he shrugged and said no, as if he had no idea what I was talking about.
Christian Hernández was beyond collaborative, friendly, and had great energy overall. Went the extra mile! Couldn’t have asked for better service with Alpine company.

Christian was awesome. Professional and attentive. I needed a tow and my car is also lowered, he had the flat bed tow truck and was very cautious when bringing it up and taking it down. I had issues with another towing provider that my insurance found, and these folks at Alpine did an awesome job getting to me quickly. Much respect for your swift response, professionalism, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I'll never have to use you guys again...... but if I do need a tow, I know who I'm calling.

Wowwww!! Called Apline to get an unauthorized vehicle towed from my place of residence and they NEVER got back with me. I spoke with an employee there who was "calling me back" and as of now, three hours later still no call! I've called several times and apparently they "are busy with other customers" so the call goes to voice mail. They are listed with my community and they are NO help!! I've very disappointed!!

Was a bit on the fence with having Geico send out this towing service seeing how bad their reviews are. But since I was pressed for time I decided to allow them to pick up my car and tow it home. They did make it within the estimated time and Jaime was very thorough with loading my car. Once we got to my house he unloaded the car and helped me push it into a spot on my driveway. Glad I gave them an opportunity seeing how last time I didn't and had another service come with a wheel lift tow truck when I specifically asked for a flat bed.

Most unprofessional lying company ever. My roadside assistance called in a tow with them for me 1/5 at 1 pm. I got call from the company (Alpine) and was told it would be about an hour and that someone would call me 15 minutes before.
No one ever called after waiting an hour I called them back. The phone rang and rang, then I was placed on hold and then hung up on.
I called back and got someone who apologized and said they were 5 mins away. After 30 mins I called my insurance back to let them know it was now 1 hour and 40 mins and still no tow truck. My insurance placed me on hold and couldn’t get in touch with them either (Alpine), at that point she cancelled the tow and requested another company, which was Sals Towing they were there in 20 mins.Alpine took 1 hour and 40 minutes from me, I will also be filing a complaint with my insurance.
If you have a choice use Sals Towing they were on top extremely helpful from customer service to picking up my car.
Mr Tito was the service-man who took care of my vehicle and Diane Carter was the dispatcher. I was very happy with the customer service they provided. Tito came early and was very accommodating — he got me and my car to my desired destination with no issues. Diane was very friendly and thorough in completing my intake/service request. Highly recommend.
I was surprised to only see two negative reviews about Alpine Towing. I decided to write about my own experience with the company.
Due to the high heat yesterday, I am sure towing companies were getting bombarded with calls. My 2014 370Z broke down near Griffin Road and S State Rd 7. With the heat index at 104' I thought I would melt in the heat. Alpine Towing first reached me in 30 minutes to test the battery but that was not the issue. I needed the tow to my dealership.
They could not have sent a more professional gentleman, Julio. Julio arrived within 15 minutes, so in total I waited only 40 minutes approximately after the call was made. Julio treated my car as if it was his own. He took the time to make sure that the tires were aligned properly before loading it on the flatbed truck. He secured the car with extra car. His navigation system was better than the map on my phone as we arrived more quickly. I also want to point out that Julio's driving skills are excellent. He took time to slow his truck down before an upcoming stop so he did not have to jam on the brakes last second to stop.
This was probably the best tow experience I have ever had. I called the office to notify them of Julio's top notch performance and I was informed that they just opened a new located close to my home at 812 S Dixie Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069.
In the future I plan to only use Alpine Towing.
