Very poor experience at this store. I waited over 20 minutes even though it was clearly my turn, while employees kept assisting other customers who arrived after me. No one apologized or explained the delay — I was simply ignored. Customer service should be about basic respect, organization, and valuing people’s time, especially in an auto parts store. I do not recommend this location if you care about being treated fairly.

Good service and they look for a part that I need and they look for it until they find it on one of their stores

Friendly service. Were able to get me a part delivered to the store in like 2 hours. Was the wrong size, but still ... pretty quick! I would go back here anytime.

I recently visited this store before checking out two competitors near my home, and wow—what a difference! The customer service here was truly outstanding. A huge thank-you to Martin, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and proactive in finding the part my vehicle needed. Because of his excellent service, I’ll gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to come back to this store. Highly recommended!

Mike the Mgr is amazing he is descriptive and walked to my Jeep Rubicon to help me! 5 star service! He had a few employees asking questions and customers waiting all at once. He was kind and addressed everyone with eye contact and a warm smile! He is truly OG! Definitely worth going to this location!

Roberto at O’Reilly was absolutely amazing! He helped us with a car battery change quickly and professionally. He was kind, patient, and made sure everything worked perfectly before we left. I spoke to Roberto today about some parts. He informed me that they had them in stock. He anticipated my arrival and he already knew who I was when I entered the door. Great customer service and great future store manager. I totally recommend the O’Reilly AUTO PARTS at this Hollywood location.

I was going to buy touch-up paint but it was too expensive (I forgot the price now). I was going to buy a Window cover but that was too expensive too, around $19. I can make my own out of a cardboard box for free. There was a nice man who showed me where the items were but, after I saw the prices, I didn't buy anything.

From Orelly, MIKE service is not good. They have preferences with certain people. You make the line and they don't respect that. I was there to make a hydraulic hose. He gave me a price. The preferred client arrived. He attended to him and left me aside.

Bad attitude from the clerk, he requested to see the back of my card, before I pay. Didn’t trust his intentions

I had a great experience recently, picking up a battery for my car after extensive research I figured out what I wanted. I was able to call ahead and have the battery prepped and ready for me. Marton was the man that took care of me. He was really nice and outgoing I like their new store. They just opened very clean and organized better than their competitors by far.

Had an awesome experience getting what I needed when I had car trouble. Martin and Mike help from beginning to end to get me going again. Thanks guys

Martin was extremely helpful over the phone, assisting me in getting my ford ranger brake rotor and Bearings. Roberticos customer service was unmatched served with a smile!

I’m so grateful for this store and particularly, Roberto! My engine was overheated and didn’t know what to do. I pulled I to the store and Roberto was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me by finding the right items for my car and I was able to fix the issue. I’m very happy with the service I received and avoided a very bad situation with my car! How to take a Uber to pick up a part to fix my car. I called ahead and asked them to have it ready, and they did just that. I was in and out of there in 3 minutes

Thank you Roberto for helping me finding the right lightbulbs and honoring the warranty on both of them. He went the extra mile helping me installing them which is not part of his duties. Big store on Pembroke Road and plenty of parking very convenient for that specific Area.

I come here on a weekly basis with usually no problems and get treated well … I went for a return tonight 11/12 and the associate (hispanic male tattoos , black fingernail paint) accused me of not bringing back the original item (basically calling me a liar) as he is processing the return I reassured him its the same item out the box i just didn’t use it he responded with “ I didn't ask you that” i restrained myself from lashing out against him but instead I took the high route and made this review cause that energy isn’t worth it. I’m not saying he needs to be fired but he needs to be talked too cause that isn’t acceptable especially when i came in with no attitude.

I went in by myself apprehensive if they would help me. The man in the middle cashier was so nice and helped me put my wipers on. I was so happy. Thank you for being one of the stores that helps customers

Quite an unpleasant place. Exclusively male sellers are 'male' in the worst sense of word. They are trying to 'foist' any nonsense on you just to sell something. I came for a simple low beam lamp, they said that they have it in stock, I was interested in cost - $77... With its cost price of 7.5 - 9.5 ! I ask if there is a guarantee and they answer - there is, but if the lamp fails, it is NOT subject to exchange or return... Conclusion : I ordered same lamp on Amazon that was offered for $77 in store but for $9.5

We were sent to O’Reilly’s after a competitor didn’t have the windshield wipers we needed. Alvaro at this location was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of everything from picking out the right wiper to installing and removing the old ones for us. Thank you so much Alvaro!

I needed a place close to I-95because I was headed to Jacksonville for Christmas vacation and needed coolant to get me there and back. The guy who helped me was extremely helpful, even offered a suggestion to solve my problem and turned out he was correct. I made it there and back safely and just discovered the other day that my radiator drain plug was actually missing the o ring. The store was clean, staff was all very helpful and it’s just around the corner, easier to get into the parking lot than one on 7.

I went here because auto parts stores near me treat customers like they're doing you a favor. Where's the customer service? I was advised that O'Reilly is usually very helpful. And Yes, They were! From the minute I entered the Employees greeted, said be right with you and did just that. I was helped by Mike. I needed tire locks due to an attempted theft of my tires. This man went out of his way to help me. He even went outside to my car to make sure that what I was about to purchase was correct for my car. It wasn't. It seemed that I was out of luck. But No! He said let me check the back, there may be stock we haven't put out yet. Sure enough he came out item in hand. And saved me a few dollars too. These guys are Professionals willing to help you with free advice and problem solving. This is where you should go in Hollywood. Support Our neighborhood at places that deserve your hard earned cash. Hands down to this location. After such a horrible experience at AutoZone, I must say my visit here made my day much better. The staff was warm, inviting, and offered great customer service. Staff member Marvin assisted me with replacing my battery. He provided answers to my questions as well as advising me about my battery choice. I highly recommend this store location. Knowledgeable/Great customer service.

I needed a new battery for my truck and after doing some research I went to O'Reilly and discussed my options with German. He was very informative and super helpful. He showed me a couple battery options and tested the old one too. I couldn't be happier with the the level of service I received. Thank you German! I will definitely refer my friends to this O'Reilly and German.
