I had my brakes changed at German Auto Depot for my Audi and had a great experience from start to finish. The work was done efficiently and on time, and everything feels smooth and solid now. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly know what they’re doing. Fair and honest pricing as well.

Eddie Silva and team were excellent! Diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of major car issues ( brakes and break pads). Worked with me financially as well at an already very reasonable financial estimate. Highly recommend for honesty, integrity and quality of work!!

I have had both my car as well as my daughters worked on here & they are absolutely amazing. We both have VW - got us in quick literally day of - and were so good at communicating, sending pics of what needed repairing & fair in price. Mine was not a simple repair as it is a diesel and required a new fuel pump, high power fuel pump, water oump, timing belt, filters, etc. They checked in multiple times thereafter to make sure it was running great! We will stay loyal customers. Also just super kind people which makes all the difference!

Great place. Eddie was very professional and explained everything in detail to help me understand what was going on with my car. Mercedes wanted to bleed me dry but Eddie has great prices compared to them. Will be continuing services here.

They did a full clutch replacement with the OEM parts that I brought. Eddie in service was great. Good communication, friendly service, fair and honest pricing. I'll be going to them again in the future to have my volkswagen serviced.

Eddie and the staff here did such a great job with repairing an oil leak in the front engine covers of my Mercedes. The best car mechanic experience I've ever had in my life from beginning to end. Called up when I discovered I had a coolant leak, and Steve told me to come right on in, right before closing. As soon as I arrive, Steve and the nice man from Thailand are all over my car, inspecting everything and trying to identify the issue. Then I met Eddie, who was also a complete pleasure to deal with. He gave me a quote and I was on my way. Eddie was even kind enough to offer to drive me home! The car was ready the next day, less than 24 hours later. Eddie gave me some tips on car care, and they even washed my car for me before returning it! These guys are all honest folk, which is extremely rare these days (especially in South Florida) and I can't say enough good things about them. If you live near German Car Depot and your car's make qualifies for service here, do yourself a favor and go. You will not be disappointed. Repairs at the dealership are a thing of the past.

Excellent shop. My Mercedes ac compressor seized due to work elsewhere and this shop was able to diagnose the cause, replace the compressor, have my car ready in less than a day, and washed my car as well! From the first phone call, dealing with this repair shop has been a pleasure. Fair prices, top notch work and top notch customer service!

Always a pleasure working with German Car Depot! My 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan was on the fritz—cutting off randomly and glitching when I tried to start it. They ran a battery and alternator test, and sure enough, both had seen better days and needed to be replaced. They set clear expectations from the start and even provided me with a loaner car when they couldn’t get mine back to me the same day. Communication was timely, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Thanks to them, my car is back on the road and hasn’t missed a beat! Thanks again, guys! :) 10/10 would recommend!

Usually very happy with German Car Depot as they provide excellent service and above and beyond but this time I specifically told them that the low engine coolant message was on. They said they would look at it. Guess they didn't bother topping it off as two days later the alert popped up again.

What can I say about German Car Depot, there’s only so much time and space to write a review. I found German Car Depot through a friend who’s been taking their older Euro car there for quite some time. My secondary car is a 2007 BMW 750 I call it my “beater.” From the moment I reached out to Eddie just to get a feel for their service, I could tell this place was different. At other dealerships, I’ve had delays with even simple follow-ups, but one thing Eddie said really stood out: “I will always overcommunicate. I’ll always let you know where we are in the process, but I can’t compromise quality based on timeline.” I really appreciated that. They got the car in for a complete diagnostic and provided photographic proof of everything that needed attention, so I knew they weren’t just trying to sell me something. For example, I once went to the dealer and was told to replace three or four major items to prevent an oil leak which, as anyone with these cars knows, is pretty common. Turns out, it was just a bad oil sensor causing the leak. Instead of spending thousands to replace the oil pan, I spent money on the actual problem. I appreciated that honest approach and the camaraderie and humor these guys bring. Honestly, I could sit there all day. It’s like a TV show awesome energy. Looking forward to coming back (hopefully under different circumstances), but the entire experience has been great from start to finish. I want to say what a great experience. German Car Depot is exactly what I expect from a shop. I was greeted enthusiastically and received a thorough inspection report on my 2012 VW GTi. My service writer Eddie Silva found many issues, answered all my questions and addressed all concerns for my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the issues that my vehicle has been experiencing. He came up with a plan that I was very happy with and mitigated several repairs that I needed immediately and guided me through what will be the next steps I will need for future repairs and improvements. This was my first experience with German Car Depot and it was a very pleasant and positive experience leaving me feeling like a valued customer. I brought my Mercedes 300 GLC SUV in for its first oil change and filter. Eddie Silva, my service advisor, was very pleasant and courteous and the oil change was done in a timely manner taking my car in at the designated time. The place was clean and friendly, the service was excellent and the price was reasonable, ending up less than originally quoted. Based on my experience today, I will continue to bring my car here for service.

Very happy with the very high quality of service from Eddie the service manager and the technicians at German Car Depot. Eddie communicated the status of the vehicle frequently, explaining the issues, recommendations, and timelines. He and the technicians took the time to test drive the vehicle after repairs were made and ensured that all issues were addressed and tested for performance. Key issues on this 164,000 mile, 14 year old, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, included battery replacement, a fuel injector replacement, sunroof drains cleared and the DEF heater replaced. Fast turnaround for all this work - about 48 hours!

I had a headlight that was burning very dim. I figured it just needed a bulb but my usual mechanic diagnosed an electrical problem, which their shop didn't handle. German Car depot had a lot of good reviews, so I went over. They took a look and said come back first thing in the morning. The next morning they even offered to send me home in an Uber at their own expense. But I decided to hang around and enjoy the very good coffee and a few good conversations with a couple different guys there, and my car was done within just a few hours. No problems since. I am very favorably impressed with the quality of work, customer service, and friendly staff. So glad I found them.

Amazing fast service with a smile, so upbeat in here and also a little Wall Street with the phones going off, lol service is amazing and they had my car out in a hour as promised. My car is running so good she loves it here, thank you for taking such good care of my Audi 10/10

I am thankful for their expedited services, very pleasant and efficient to work with. I took my audi Q7 to them and they worked in my vehicle promptly, they were able to find the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you German Depot. Had it not been from a referral I would have never knew you existed. They are just efficient but move quicker than the Audi Dealership
