Service does not meet the claimed standards. I was told the order would be ready after 11 AM, and I called in advance to confirm. I arrived at 1:32 PM and waited, but at 2:16 PM I was informed that my order was not there, despite the fact that they had already taken my invoice and told me to wait while they prepared it. In the end, my time was wasted and I never received the order. I do not recommend this place due to such poor customer service.
I showed up and asked to see a new Sequoia. The gentleman that initially asked me when I was there for reached out to some girl who took us to see the sequoia. When we got upstairs she had no key for it. When I asked, she said “oh I just thought you wanted to see it”. I could see one on the street or in a parking lot. I am grateful this happened tho, I then found 441 Toyota. It was a bit of a drive but I ended up leaving with a Sequoia and a New Camry for my girl. Your bad customer service, cost you two deals, but thank you for sending me to a place where I actually got customer service.
Can't get on the phone with them. Keep on getting transferred from department to department. They don't listen to callers. Needed to get a part number.
Worst service ever. Avoid this place. I had my appointment for service at 7:15 am. It’s 11:15 now and I’m still waiting for an oil change… not worth it. I am editing this review to include that the Service manager contacted me here but he has been unresponsive. I left 5 voice messages in the provided phone number and called several times to Toyota of Hollywood phone number and nothing! Extremely disappointed by this Toyota dealer...
Sales department always answers right away. Of course. Don’t expect parts dept to answer phone if you need assistance. 50 minutes total wait, 4 calls in all. No reply
Don’t buy any parts from this dealership! I bought a 600 dollar part for my tundra which failed after only a couple of months while on a trip! Had to buy the same part from another dealership and they would not give me my money back! They would only give me a replacement so now I have paid for the same part twice one in the truck that works and one I can keep on my shelf at home! All they did is make it easier to buy another brand truck!
Great parts great service I needed a brake line for a 2002 Toyota 4Runner they had it got it to me perfect part and start my uncle to install it back on the road. Gentleman was great I had looked 2 to 3 different Toyota Dealers we're sending you this one had the part
Strange?! What a work ethic. Called the main number and was connected to the parts departments. No response. Called again. They definitely have caller ID. Basically all my calls were ignored. I tried for 20 minutes. This was 30 minutes before closing. Who cares for buying parts, right? I just hope the parts department, whoever was there, had no medical issues. I considered Toyota of Hollywood to choose my new car. Not anymore. I am not a fortunate son.
