KJ at BMR was able to completely revive a dead BMW lipo battery in less than 1 business day for a fraction of the price of what a new battery would cost. Very friendly guys and quick turnarounds make for a great garage. Would recommend to anyone with a European car.
I asked BMR to do a pre purchase inspection for me on a 2018 BMW X6 that was offered up at U Drive. They performed a professional inspection and I made my decision to buy the car sight unseen based on their professional opinion. They took extensive pictures and were accurate in their inspection. I contacted BMR after finding their information on Facebook while desperately searching for BMW specialists. After speaking to several different shops on the phone, I could tell they were knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. They gave me clear costs and expectations up front. They fixed my sons car the same day with no surprises of extra fees or add-ons. I even received photos of my car when they worked kn it. They also send text appointment reminders and notice of when your car is ready. The shop is clean and welcoming and the staff is professional. I was truly impressed and would recommend this business to anyone. We drove 30 miles from SW Dade and will do so at anytime in the future, when needed - won’t trust anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

2 things most people have a fear of. Going to Dr and looking for someone to help with your car. I still fear the Dr! KJ and his crew took great care of us and our vehicle recently. From the moment they took possession of our car there were constant updates. Pictures of the work and reassurance that we were being taken care of. I rarely leave reviews but this one is much deserved. KJ was awesome. I recently finished my project car and needed AC vacuum/recharged. KJ was really helpful letting me know about my compressors condition and other things I should plan to fix/adjust. Very nice place and honest people. Highly recommend. I have been desperately looking for a driver side headlamp for my BMW for a very long time and couldn’t seem to find anyone selling a light without them abusing the rarity of those lights and bumping up the price almost triple. When I was close to giving up I decided to give BMW support a shot before I end my search. I was surprised to hear that they had a light available for me at a fair price and in practically brand new condition. Once I purchased the light I noticed that they were truthful about the condition of the light and noticed that Their customer service is great and their professionalism is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.
