I went and brought a starter for SUV the owner was polite and knowledgeable with great customer service skills, they helped me find a starter at a reasonable price they have s wide variety of use parts for all types of make and model vehicles they educate their customers on the best choice to make on use parts I will highly recommend Diamond used Auto parts to anyone looking to save on used Auto parts.

Poor service. Bought a wrong part and ten minutes later with a receipt could not be refunded. You care more about the sale than the customer. You even knew I didn't have a dollar left in my pocket and you still left me broke and vehicle still down. Of all the years of business there is no way it can be that bad of a struggle to not refund a$43 part. Not good customer service at all. Quick to sale, slow to assist.

I have been to this establishment for parts several times and there has always been a problem. We recently ordered a window regulator and motor for our vehicle and found out that the part we were given were faulty. I fully understand that this establishment has a no refunds/return policy, but if the part was faulty the right thing to do would be to replace it with one that actually worked. Especially since they have screwed us over time and time again. The workers there are rude, talk down to people, and don’t even make an effort to communicate with you. Please don’t go here. It’s not worth your time or money.
Do not call unless you want to be treated like the guy has a personal grudge with you. He is very angry and will talk down to you every time, it may be a better place if he retires though. Dont waste your cell minutes on this place
I sent my step son over to Diamond's first a rim and tire. Arrived 20 to 25 minutes before closing the older gentleman wouldn't help a young kid out that needed a tire and rim to get to work. Think twice I wouldn't recommend this business to anybody.
I've lived here for almost 60 years and been going to diamond ever since I can remember. Sure has changed over the years. People seem nice prices seem about standard, the only thing I can say is that I was buying a used starter and they wanted to charge me a core charge over and above the price. Really never heard of core charges being charged on anything new or used only rebuilt. Maybe my mistake for not asking otherwise nice place.
Had exactly what I was looking for with the best price around the area. They pulled the part and had it waiting for me when I got there. Very convenient if you call ahead. They only accept cash. Just an FYI because they didn't let me know that on the phone. Lucky enough I happened to have cash on me though. Will definitely try them first when looking for used auto parts from now on.

Every time I call they have the parts I need but when I go there they act like they don't have the part or act like they to busy to pull the part and today he clearly didn't say anything about a deposit over the phone so I send someone to pick up and pay for the all of a sudden he not gonna pull the part because I didn't leave a deposit I don't if its because I'm black or they just lazy people and honestly I don't care but just treat everyone the same!!!!. I hope nobody ever go there again
Always have what I need. Competitive pricing. Best part is everything I have needed has already been pulled. Most other yards want you to come pay and then come back in a day or two to pickup the part. Don't inventory something that isn't immediately available. You don't pay for gas and then come back days later to receive the fuel.
Cash Only, but they do not inform you of this on web, or post signs. I called ahead to say, "We exchanged emails, do you still have the part?, set it aside I'm coming in to get it" I show up 1.5 hours later to be told they only pull a part if you pay up front, but I would not pay for something I couldn't see ( "its out back", he wouldn't even take a picture or help me confirm it was the right part) or determine the condition of, especially since there are signs everywhere saying no refunds(exchanges only)not comforting after he mentioned this was the only one.Waited another 30 min, had to run for cash, long drive, wish I would've went somewhere more friendly and upfront. Was treated with such a lack of respect I will not return. Nothing more frustrating as a consumer than someone who basically makes it an ordeal to do business with.
The nice gentleman at the counter has taken care of me everytime my car issues everytime from a new used radiator down to rims and tires for my truck. Lots of laughs. Great price. Excellent service! Killer team they got there.
The owner of business (old man) is not professional and rude. I had bad experiences with him when I tried to buy glass window driver-side. I don't recommend this store for anybody.
Cheating scumbag.
Website says 10% off used parts. Needed a window regulator, and this place had another ad on their website that they were on special. The "coupon" specifically stated 10% off and "can be combined with usual 10% off used part for a total of 20% off." The liar refused to give me 20% off even though I brought the ad up on their website and read it word for word and showed them. Got mad at me like I was trying to cheat him. It was a $50 part, so we are talking a difference of $5.
That is NOT how I do business. I don't care if it's $5 or $50. You honor your ad, then you go take it down if you don't want to give anyone else 20%.
I will never darken their door again, even if they are the only place with the part within a 100 miles. I hope you will join me, because cheaters and liars don't deserve our business.
Not happy with service, always have to call them back and as a owner of a business that's not professional. Did business with them once and the "owner" at the front desk is unreal. Back and forth many times just to be hassled on a $45 dollar part. I will drive to Orlando before I do business with them and they're in my back yard. From Palm Bay to Melbourne, it's much closer then Orlando.... There's other yards that don't give you a run around and will be honest with you.
Customer service at its finest. ..... Just called for a part and the guys was rude and acted upset I asked him questions about a part. Then to end the conversation I say good bye and he just hangs up.
I personally had a great experience. I believe that it is all about your attitude because I went in there and the older man was very friendly to my husband and I and even gave us a discount. I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews but I do not have a thing to complain about. The man in front of us was very rude to the older man thus the older man was rude back but if you are friendly and go in, get what you want, and leave you should give this place nothing but 5 stars.
the old guy demands cash before he will pull any part, said he had the part and then proceeded to show me the wrong part. and in 2014 he does not accept credit cards???? get a clue old man i saw 3 people at your yard today not get what they wanted and then ran into them at classic salvage nobody had anything nice to say.. go to classic auto salvage and save yourself the hassle and rude condecending comments this old man spews from his unbrushed mouth. never going to do business here again,..THAT IS ALL.
I was very happy with the engine i bought with them. Their 30 day warranty is nice and they even showed the car running for us before we bought the engine which most shops don't do.
Unfortunately i made the mistake of giving them crisp new $100 bills i got for selling my motorcycle i thought i gave them $500 for the motor which was about $460. I ended up giving them $600 and not realizing it after i left and counted my cash. I felt something shady after i gave them the cash but didn't expect this.
On the bright side they forgot to give me a core charge and it came with the harness and power steering pump and exhaust
Service was alright they helped load the engine in my car with out any issues. No problems with the engine and parts. I would buy from them again but, this time bring exact change and make sure i count it before i hand it to them. Everyone else be careful too.

The old guy is extremely unfriendly, arrogant and acts like you owe him money as soon as you are there. Very impatient when you ask questions and acts rude if you want to know more about the parts that you plan to buy or negotiate the price.
If you are willing to take his humiliation, you are welcome to go to this place. Otherwise stay away and save yourself a good mood.
Don't bother with Diamond Used Auto Parts. The old guy with white hair (I'm assuming is the owner) doesn't want your business. Really bad attitude. He'll hassle you if you ask any questions. Especially reasonable ones. Better to take your business elsewhere, where you're money (and your patronage) is appreciated.
The younger guys were very helpful but the old man you seemed to run the store was very spiteful and not willing to help at all. We were going to buy some seats for our van and wanted to make sure they fit and and he was angry at us saying we were telling him how to run his company and doesn't have time for us. I said if it fits I'd buy all three seats, but even though we had just tried a different one he said no saying we were taking up one of his men's time and he was too busy. We asked when would be a better time but wouldn't give a straight answer. We were dumb founded. We didn't want to buy anything blindly.
They were pretty organized and if that old guy isn't there maybe you will have better luck.
Very good. I got what I needed and they were very helpful. Only hangup was that their Yellow Pages website says they take cash or check. The only take cash. They have been burnt so no exceptions.
STAY AWAY FROM DIAMOND!!! the guy Nick as a jerk. I came in before July 4th, and told him I could wait for the holiday. But he kept pushing back the day his mechanic came back until one day he said he's not gonna do it and sold the engine to some one else. He also said it's because I cannot wait the holiday. WTF!!!!! WITH SUCH ARROGANT AND DISHONEST, I definitely recommend not come to DIAMOND, even if they offer you a good price.
