Had an ignition issue happen on my 1998 and spoke with Rockstar. The owner was very professional, was there in quick time, and was super polite through the whole process.
Thoroughly took car of me and my family. Towed our trailer
for half the price of the competition and arrived within 15 minutes. Took extra time to do it right and made sure we were taken care of.
Very rude tow driver. Speeding the whole way to the drop off point, almost rear ended cause he felt the need to pull out in front of a car. Guess he figured he could, cause he’s bigger than them. I will never use them again and would not recommend them for anyone who has a vehicle that they care about, because they obviously only care about the money. They threaten to take your car to the impound if you don't like their prices which are double from any other tow service I called. This place needs to be shut down for the good of the people.
Driver was fast, sufficient,professional & great customer service!! Cost was very reasonable, because it was very, very late ,he didn't take advantage by charging me alot of money!! So I highly recommend them because they are truly a ROCKSTAR!!!
Truck and trailer broke down on US-1 Melbourne. Took 4 1/2 hours to tow truck 4 miles. I ended up calling my son to tow the trailer after it fell off tow truck and damaging the electric lift. After finally getting truck to destination was charged over $900 but was discounted $200 to replace the electric lift valued at $264. Driver Denton was very friendly thus 1 star... don't ever call them for a tow unless you can take out a loan.
BTW, Lees towing only charged us $245
To tow the truck to our repair shop 25 miles away the next day. Wished I'd have called them first.
I was more than Happy with service !Quick to respond and no BS! It was a pleasure to meet and execute job with Denton,the actual Owner/ operator of Rockstar Towing.
