My wife and I were startled awake at 5am by a call from our youngest, who had an incident with his car after hitting a small curb, bursting the tire, and getting slightly stuck. We rushed to help since it was just a few minutes away and called roadside assistance shortly after. The tow truck driver didn’t show up until 8am, even though they were also just minutes away—such a long wait was frustrating and unhelpful. Things got worse when I had to leave to handle something else. When I returned, my wife told me the tow truck driver had been rude, saying he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with the problem before leaving without any explanation. Later, another service informed us the issue was simple to resolve and didn't understand why that even happened to us in the first place. This experience was unacceptable and unhelpful—I cannot recommend this service.
I don't know what is up with the few bad reviews. My experience was freakin' great! I had a classic car project to move to another location and it has no drivetrain in it. Luke knew exactly what I wanted and totally took care of me. Showed up on time, great communication, put the car into my garage bay perfectly. This car is lowered pretty radically and paint is all finished. Not a single problem. Luke used some tools to raise the angle of the dangle and got the car on and off without issue. Will I call Luke again when I need something moved? ABSOLUTELY. I have found MY tow guy. Thanks Luke! Your loyal customer, Joe Vitek.
You never want to have your car towed but if that didn’t happen to me, I never would have gotten to meet Luke and his team.
He came out to help me when my car died on I95 at night. He made sure i was safe and explained what might have happened.
Unfortunately, my car was beyond repair and Luke was very honest with me instead of trying to get me to spend money to fix my car. He even let me leave my car overnight while i decided what to do…at no charge mind you.
I really appreciate his honesty and the fact that he is a family company!

They got there and took me and the car to the shop pretty fast. They even waited for me as I had taken the key and went home for breakfast. He waited about 5 minutes for me to walk up and was friendly. Thanks!!
This place is a hidden gem. Wish i would’ve known about them a lot sooner. Luke is very professional, nice, honest and most of all…their prices are reasonable. I’m a lifetime customer now and I’ve recommended them to all my family that lives in area. They were able to fix the problem I was having a with my Nissan. Something Pep Boys weren’t capable of doing. I also had some work done on my daughter’s Jeep patriot. I would recommend them 100% to anyone. They are the BEST in town!
Luke’s Towing customer service is outstanding!! They worked with me from out of state to have my elderly Aunt’s car towed from a public park to her residence in another town and county. I highly, highly recommend Luke’s Towing!!!
If I could give no stars I would!!! I have roadside assistance with my insurance company and I got into an accident. Before I even was handled the police report at the scene, the guy from Luke’s towing called me. He claimed I have roadside assistance not “accident roadside assistance”. Then made a big deal about having to tow my vehicle with no key. Well dude shows up in a flatbed truck, my ex was a mechanic they still can tow it!!! Not to mention he picked up the other vehicle from the scene but not mine!! Went to bring the key back and I was less than 5 mins a way and he took off! Had to rearrange another pick up with “Lees Towing” which did a great job and was very polite. It’s very obvious to me that this dude picks and chooses his customers! Would not recommend, EVER!
Angel from Luke’s Towing turned a terrible day into a MUCH better one. He literally saved the day! Friend and I were on our way to Miami this past weekend when my tire blew. Angel picked up my car in less than the time that was originally provided, recommended a much closer repair shop than what I requested, AND got us there within time that we were able to get my car serviced that SAME DAY! 10/10 recommend both Luke’s Towing and Angel (if you get lucky)!

Luke’s towing was provided to us from an insurance roadside assistance request. We were told 60-90 minutes for arrival. We were contacted by the driver 15 minutes later. On his arrival I noticed a clean truck with a professional dressed driver who was very polite and courteous. A wonderful experience. We were at the repair shop in less time than the original quoted arrival time. I highly recommend this company.
My daughter was stranded at Eastern Florida College with a busted CVT. I was given a 30 minute arrival time and Luke showed up in 20 minutes. He was friendly and had our vehicle on the truck in no time! I noticed his ASE logo on his shirt and decided to ask for his opinion on our situation. He was very insightful with his automotive knowledge. I would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone in need. A+
Luke's was here very quickly. Another tow company had been here a while before and said they couldn't get my car on the flatbed because it was stuck in park. Luke's knew exactly what to do and had my car on the flatbed in minutes.

Angel was sent to my house through my insurance company to pick up my 2005 C6 Corvette. I didn't even have to move it from the garage. I told him the reason the car wouldn't start was the steering column lock and he didn't want anything else to break so he backed his truck right up to the garage and pulled it onto the flatbed. He took pictures just to make sure no damage was done and was extremely professional. He also got to my house before the estimate the insurance company gave me. I would highly recommend this company.
In my experience best towing truck company around! I called them and within 10 minutes he was there, and angel is not just a guy out for money like some tow company's I've had to contact he is a true character and human being Was the quickest and least stressful tow I've ever had.

Luke to the rescue! My tire blew and the dispatcher was friendly and helpful, researching places for me to go for my tire. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and it was Luke the owner and we had a friendly conversation and the service was top notch. Would definitely use them again.
If I could give this company a lower rating, I would. This company will accept every single tow request, without the ability to handle the load, and leave you sitting on the side of the road in the Florida heat for many hours without a valid reason, apology, or care in the world. Even knowing from the start that the person waiting was an epileptic with heart problems trying to get to their medications. When i contacted my insurance company after two and a half hours, they were furious and immediately contacted another company. The second company that picked me up informed me I was the 6th customer in two weeks that they'd picked up that had been left for hours by Lukes. If you value your time and yourself at all, do not ever use Luke's. You're just funding a company that doesn't care about their customers or their companies reputation. Even State Farm is making a note to not use them for their customers due to the way they conduct business.

Charged me extra $50 to drop me at the rent car place , 6 minutes, that wasn't the worst part.
I asked to hold my car for 3 days and he said $30 per day, I said okay. (I have it recorded because my record all my conversations automatically)
From Friday 4pm to Monday 3pm.
When I was going to pay he said that he got an additional administration fee and from Friday 4pm to Monday 3pm was 4 days and Charged me $150, even his son told me 3 days when I asked him. but he said that he couldn't do anything about it.
Bad business.

We have Allstate roadside service and they recommended Luke's towing. We have another favorite towing service in town but they are not contracted with Allstate now so we tried this one and we're very pleased. The driver, Angel, was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and we felt confident with him. Glad to have another towing service that we know we can rely on!
My roadside service contacted Luke’s Towing today I received at text message stating they would be there between 2:15pm and 3:15pm. I received a call from Luke’s Towing and I called them back they advised me they would be there in 15 minutes and if the keys are in the car we didn’t have to stay. So we left. Got home and after an hour called Luke’s Towing back to find out where the car was and was advised that they canceled the call because they couldn’t get ahold of me. I told them I had spoken with them over an hour ago and was advised they would be picking up the car and bringing it to my house they were 15 minutes out. He stated he never spoke to me. I was livid and told him I did speak to them and was advised I didn’t need to be with the vehicle as long as the keys are in the car. I could tell I was not go to get anywhere with him So I called back my roadside assistance and started all over again. Don’t use this towing company they’re unreliable and unprofessional.
This is by far the best towing service I have ever had the pleasure of using. My car ran out of juice, due to my poor planning, and they were able to get to me with a flatbed in less than an hour. The man who came out to pick up my car was very nice and helpful. I wish all towing companies were like this. If I ever need another tow, this is the only business I will let touch my car. If you care about your car, you’ll call them too the next time you need a tow.
Called with blown tire on I95 with no spare. Had difficult time finding Mike marker. Luke said he'll be the in hour and have us phone number of tire kingdom in area to have car towed to. Very nice and friendly. Got the in like 30 minutes. Drivers name Angel also nice, friendly and helpful.
Luke's Towing and Repairs towed my vehicle and dropped it off at the wrong place of business and provided them with my only set of keys. I have not been able to get into my vehicle for over 3 days due to the place of business they gave my keys to is not open.
Luke's Towing and Repairs experience started with a very unprofessional call from their employee who seemed upset that he had to even work in the first place. The driver ended up hanging up on me in mid-sentence.
Luke's Towing and Repairs is run very unprofessionally and not willing to go above and beyond to compensate or assist in finding a solution to the issue which occurred with one of their employees. All I can do is wait for day 4 to come along,so we can regain access to our vehicle.
Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
Angel was great! He was very professional and made my son feel better about his accident. He let me know when he would be there, he was on time and took care when loading the car. This was the first company I called and will be the only company I call when I need them! Thank you!!
