Damages that occurred to my vehicle while towing it. Informed the driver the best way to handle this. My concerns were disregarded and the towing company is trying to give me the run around for repairs after we already discussed, about sending in the quotes for repair. As well a letter. Each week or time I talk to them it’s something new they want to keep adding. I would stay clear from this company. Google won’t let me post the video.
My driver was very kind and friendly I enjoyed talking to him he was very knowledgeable brought my car home in one piece and parked exactly where it goes
On time for p /u and arrived at car dealership w/o incident. Only negative was when I made the appt I wasn't told it would cost $90 cash only. Lucky I had that much cash on hand. Had to ask for receipt was not automatically offered to me. I find it totally unacceptable that this situation happened. I would tell anyone using this company to do so carefully, get all your questions answered before they agree to do your tow
It was fantastic, the driver was on time and pleasant to talk with. Very professional company from the lady that answered the phone to the driver that came to my rescue.
Following my vehicle breakdown near a hazardous intersection yesterday, I contacted 911 for assistance. The police provided excellent support and assistance. The Premier tow truck operator resolved the issue by resetting the computer via disconnecting and reconnecting one of the battery cables. Premier Towing provided awesome service! Consequently, I have equipped my vehicle with tools to address similar issues independently in the future.
My car had died so I ordered a tow to a shop to look at it. Eric was amazing at explaining everything he did and answered my questions on what could possibly be the problem because I am not a car girl. Will keep their number for future problems if any.
Couldn’t ask for better service. Communication throughout the process the representative that helped solve the problem was lighthearted and funny and 123 solve the problem.
I am not happy with the way the tow truck driver has handled my car. When he picked up my jeep on Friday at 10.30 am all four tires where they way they where supposed to be. the left front tire was blocked and not moving at all. Just wobbly. That's what I told the driver. He still tried to get the jeep on the flatbed by trying to pull the car onto the truck which resulted of the tire came loose. Instead of stopping and either call a different tow truck which has the equipment necessary to lift up the front of the jeep, he just kept trying and trying to get it done by himself.
The end is that my bill is now more than 5.000 $ because of the damage tje driver has done to the jeep. The axle is completely off, I need 4 new tires and because the left side of the axle was stretched out, there was new damage done on the right side,which needs to be fixed as well.
Further more there are several leeks done by the axle punctuation.
What I am saying here is I need you to be responsible for a part of tje extra damage what was caused by negligence and I need you to pay for the extra unessary damage what was caused by the driver.

I believe his name was Eric (I’m sorry I don’t remember), he was great! Safely towed my vehicle to the collision center. Great attitude and super friendly. Would be towed by him again even though I hope to never be towed again haha
I had a claim for roadside assistance through GEICO at 10:23 PM, with an estimated arrival time of 11:23 PM. However, that time came and went without any help. Frustrated, I called their customer service, only to hear background chatter before they abruptly hung up. Ultimately, I was left stranded over two hours from home, simply needing a wrench to change my tire. For a business advertised as providing 24-hour assistance, their service was unacceptable. It seems that helping with a tire change wasn’t lucrative enough for them. Perhaps if I had been in a serious car accident, they might have shown up.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Premier Towing and Transport! When I was stranded with my children at 12:00 AM and no one else would answer, they picked up right away and came to help us without hesitation.
Their timing was perfect, their communication was clear and professional, and their service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They made a stressful situation so much easier and treated us with kindness and urgency.

I had the best tow experience ever that I could’ve ever imagined. My tow person was wonderful and very professional and very amazing and very skilled and everything was completed very quickly, and he was such a wonderful pleasure to speak with. I was scared and frightened because I don’t handle a crisis well and I had gone to make a turn in the middle of the road and my tire rod broke. One of the people that stopped to help me was a young man and his family, and his tire rod had just broken that day, & his car was in the shop … and he had hired this exact tow company. He said, “call Premier tow”. It was the best decision I ever made. I don’t want to say everything happens for a reason, but sometimes it does because if I had not met this young man, I would not have known which tow company to call. This tow company saved my life. My car broke down in the middle of the road. If this had happened, anywhere else, I could’ve died. I am so grateful for the tow company for saving my life.

Excellent service from Cody and Premiere. Was able to change our flat to the spare. We then made it safely home. Only issue was the wait time, which was more than two hours. We were fortunately were able to wait in a safe area.
I’ll give him four stars For effort because the tire would not come off the spindle, but he was able to put the car in neutral and rotate the tire and plug it. Excellent job. Thank you very much
Called on Premier Towing to relocate an empty 20ft shipping container for me, residence to residence. I could not have found a better company for my needs! Eric & Cody were top notch and experienced, putting the container exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely be using Premier Towing for my needs from here on out. The 2 employees were professional and courteous. And not to mention the the tow fee, beats any other company hands down. Definitely my go to towing company!

The AAA dispatch gave me a hard time about getting my van towed premier towed my car once before, so I called them directly to see if they could help. The dispatcher at Premier was so helpful that she facilitated the whole deal and got My car where it needed to be.
When I call AAA next time, I will only use Premier towing. They are the best.

Our ins company uses this company and every time we have had to wait at least and hour.. which I understand to be average. The most recent times though took longer.. about 2 hours (after being told about an hour.) for the truck to arrive. The last 2 drivers were not very professional. The last guy even lowered our car almost into another car in the parking lot. Even with the tire shop guy warning him multiple times that he was going to hit the other vehicle. I would not recommend.
Eric was a gem while we were in distress. He was timely, professional and gave us great assurance as we stuck with a dead battery! Super grateful for good insurance with GEICO and their partnership with Premier Towing and transport.
Tow truck took me from pineapple cove academy on Minton road to Mavis tires and brakes in viera for only $5.00 because it was one mile out of the coverage for insurance. Car is getting worked on now.
I had the unfortunate experience of having a blowout on I95 S and apparently new vehicles don’t have a spare so we used premier towing. Mike aka magic mike showed up and handled business where other tow services couldn’t or wouldn’t. I drive a challenger and apparently that’s challenging without a flat bed but premier came through with magic Mike. We’re off the freeway and safe and sound at home with our car. Excellent service! We will definitely use them every time we need a tow!
