Something broke in my car and I was not able to shift it into any gears. I was parked in a bad spot in a garage. Through AT&T roadside assistance, I was sent Cody from Lee‘s Wrecker. I called before he came to make sure they got the service order. The person I talked to on the phone was kind and reassuring. Cody came and made a stressful situation pleasant. He was very kind and was able to get the car into neutral so that it could get to a location where it could be towed. His confidence and kindness made us feel so much better. At 5 a.m., my wife and I were jolted awake by a call from our youngest, who had run into car trouble after hitting a small curb, bursting a tire, and getting slightly stuck. We rushed to help, as it was just a few minutes away, and called roadside assistance. The tow truck driver took hours to show up and then left abruptly without much of an explanation. After dealing with our insurance company, we contacted Lee's Towing, and they were incredibly helpful. Joe came to assist my wife at the scene and was baffled that the other towing company had left us in such a predicament. He quickly resolved the issue and later dropped the car off at our driveway in no time. Joe was kind, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend their services and would gladly use Lee's Towing again in the future.
The driver sat with me while I waited for my mom to pick me up. Even when I said it was ok to leave me he said he won't do that as it wasn't safe to leave me on the side of the road. Wonderful dude and a gentleman too especially in this day and age. Would recommend to everyone I know

My car broke down while I was going Northbound on 95 and I was completely stressed out and sobbing all over but when I got a tow truck, Charlie came super fast and he was very nice. Even though I was crying and hysterical, he comforted me and was just the most helpful. I really appreciate him and his services last night and I would recommend him to anyone! 10/10
My car was picked up by Lees Towing today as a major transmission leak rendered it unusable. The gentleman (Doug) who picked it up was very nice and professional! He even gave me some oil dry for the huge stain on my driveway. Very happy with these people and would use them again!
Super unprofessional. Rude over the phone. Keith sounded like he had a vendetta against everybody. If I could leave negative stars I would. But, life will humble him eventually.
My friend had their car towed and it caused them great distress to deal with Keith and this company. I can’t believe they let people talk to customers like this. Maybe this company is fine but Keith has ruined the ability to see past this.
Never in my life have I been talked to in a way like I was when Keith answered the phone I was looking to recover my car and was belittled and was treated like an inconvenience when attempting to pick up my car. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional experience.
Be careful when you call. The office lady was really nice and quoted me a fair price. I get a call later from the driver and because he had to do some work told me the price is was quoted wasn’t going to be the price and quoted me $50.00 higher than the original price. I did not allow them the hook because the driver doesn’t want to put effort into doing the job hired for.

Had an issue with my Tesla and needed to Tow it to the Tesla Service Center. Tesla contacted the Tow Company. The Tow company immediately contacted me. I forgot his name but he was extremely nice and made sure they would show up very soon. Xavier was prompt showing up with the Tow Truck and was extremely professional through out the whole interaction ordeal. He dropped my parents and I off at the hotel we would be staying at as we were stranded and needed to stay somewhere on a Sunday. Thank you Lee’s Towing for towing my car and for the great service you provided! I highly recommend anyone who needs towing service to contact them.

Tony, the owner, told us the tow truck would be there within 45 minutes and we were pleasantly surprised when Rob, the driver showed up within 30 minutes. Rob was professional through and through, made his job look easy. Looked like he was buttering bread when he put our Durango on the back of his truck. Very easy transaction. Highly recommend.

My alternator took a dive last night and I needed a tow. Albeit my insurance took over an hour to actually call Lee's towing, they were extremely efficient and communicated very well. I would like to give a shout out to Lavonte, he was very personable and if I had to get a tow again I would want him showing up. He not only took took me and my truck to the shop, he dropped me off at my house which was far and above what he was required to do. Give that man a raise!

Mike came after hours to help with my Tesla M3 at the recommendation of of Tesla roadside assistance and he was very helpful with getting my car into a safe and towable state. He was very cordial and friendly and represented the company well! Will definitely be considering Lee's towing for future tows, though hopefully not too often if things go well.

Bunch of thives who towed my semi while I was parked in the back lot of Sunoco near Lowes . They waited for me to leave, then like a bunch of thieves they hooked on my semi, and I happened to just arrive in time to catch them in the act. I blocked them in and called Palmbay police which probably are getting kickbacks for supportive such an act .I was parked near a truckstop where trucks parking every day in the same spot. Lowes was involved as well. The management is probably getting kickbacks as well, which is just my opinion as I have no proof, so this is all alleged and my opinion.

Day started by my car not starting. Called to get my car fixed needed a towing service. Very kind wonderful lady called me shortly after letting me know a driver will be at my location in about 30 minutes. Mike pulled up less then 15 minutes later. I want the boss of this place to know you have yourself a great crew! Kind and curious workers are hard to find these days and I had the pleasure of speaking to two wonderful workers today. Mike got my car all hooked up allowed me to hang out in the truck while he took care of getting my car loaded on. Had a good chat to the car shop. Thank you for helping me get back on the road today. Because of your amazing team I was able to get to work today and pick up my toddler from school. Thank you Lee's Towing!!! Great service and amazing team!!!
