Josh picked up my elderly parents vehicle and they just raved about how great the service was and that he was an extremely nice young man. Made them feel comfortable and safe after waiting on the side of the highway. Keep that guy around!! Thanks Josh for taking such good care of my parents!
Devin was absolutely fantastic, he was very helpful at the site , very courteous .he got us there in a timely matter but very safe and was so very polite and uplifting, our conversation where from where my car broke down to the auto repair shop he took me to. I'd give him a 15 if it could go that high. Thank you for a very timely pick up to the repair shop .

Devin came to help us when our suspension failed and we needed to tow to repair. He had great communication, he let us know when he would be arriving, he was on time and he got the car up on the flatbed in record time but very safely and professionally.

Only hire if you would like to be stolen from . Clearly have them stealing on camera . When I contact owner no response. Won't even give employee name so we can make police report . We have complaints in with sheriff depart , AAA. , . BBB. And department agriculture consumer services.
Had to call for a tow for my husband's truck. The driver, Vic ( I hope I heard him correctly), was kind, a gentleman, prompt and worked hard to make this situation easier. He was able to park my husband's truck right in our driveway amongst our millions of outside Christmas decorations. Thank you kind sir. Your service is greatly appreciated.
This company came out twice for me now while using my AAA services. Both times was the same young kid. Believe his name was Deander or Leander, maybe? Either way, he was so polite and literally took my stress from a level 10 to a level 2. He was quick, professional and truly a nice guy. Great work G & J Towing!

Car died in intersection of Grissom Parkway and Columbia Blvd (405). Called AAA and the driver came right away. It was a difficult task as there were no electronics working or the ability to put the SUV in Neutral. SUV was delivered to GMC Titusville in good condition. Saving his business card just in case!!!

Lee at G&J Towing was excellent. Professional, courteous, prompt, and took excellent care of the Hellcat -- taking extra measures to ensure that the lip on the front of the car wasn't damaged as it was loaded onto the flatbed. I was very reluctant and made several contacts before settling on G&J for a towing job I needed. I have a Custom 34 Chevy Street Rod that I needed to move and my trailer was out of service at the time. I must say……. Jason was unbelievable to work with. He treated the car as if it was his own. I was stuck 4 hours from home on Easter Sunday. After AAA told me I would have to wait until the next day for a tow, I got a call from Tyler at G & J Towing. He said he would be right over after having dinner with his family, which was extremely kind of him. Tyler made this long tow very enjoyable since I had to ride back too. Along the drive, he told me about his family's towing business and their military careers. Getting to talk and learn about Tyler and his family made this 4 hour drive feel more like an hour. I never thought I'd enjoy getting my car towed :) We need more people like Tyler these days! I very highly recommend G & J Towing. They are hard working people that really care about satisfying their customers.
I have never had a better experience in all my years. The driver/operator Tyler called me as soon as I hung up with AAA and he was very polite letting me know when he would be there. He arrived 15 minutes later. He checked my gear shift (car wouldn’t go into gear or move) and confirmed it was inoperable. The car wouldn’t go into neutral so he let me know what he needed to do to put the car on the flatbed. He was incredibly kind and professional. Then when ready drove to the mechanic’s shop. He drove carefully and took great care to park it in a good spot at the shop. I cannot express how comfortable he made me and the level of professionalism and kindness. Thank you Tyler!!
This company is amazing! They respond quickly and are very punctual right on time. They also take great care of your vehicle, mine happened to be a 1975 Corvette and the technician Daniel went through great lengths to make sure it was loaded carefully, properly, and securely. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Overall, it was a great experience. The gentlemen was professional about how he strapped up my car. Made sure it was secure before we started driving up there. He also made sure to offload my car safely and put it in a secure place where it was not going to get hit in the parking lot. Also, by policy, I learned that they aren't allowed to have people in the car, like getting a ride up, but it's based on the tow truck driver. And he was kind enough to allow me to drive up with him. So thank you for the excellent service.
