In a nutshell — I purchased a 32 ft Tiffin Breeze RV a few weeks ago. I asked the RV dealer to install valve stem extensions on inside duallys for my TPMs and to make it more convenient to check/add air.
Consistently lost 30/50 pounds weekly. Dale’s Tire Service installed rigid valve stems — problem was it came thru hand hole of outer duallys in such a way a retainer and the TPM couldn’t be used. The geniuses at Dale’s tire were able to calculate the correct angle to bend the valve stem so the extensions would be accessible, safe and secure.
Needless to say, this required three technicians to hold the removed tires together and to bend the valve stem for the ideal alignment. All 4 technicians were courteous and competent.
When I got the bill I was sure they missed a zero. Nope! I insisted they round it up to a hundred. Nope. So I left an extra $50 cash so they can enjoy a delivered pizza.

We had a real dilemma our 2016 Mercedes dually Class C RV needed metal tire valve stems (recommended by other owners) our rubber valve stems resulted in flats on our trips. We called several places who just weren't familiar with our problem however Tim at Dale's researched and found an exact configuration in a very short time. We also needed new tires, we were in and out super fast and feel very comfortable to travel! Highly recommend Dale's Tire their entire team is amazing! This is our new tire place for all our vehicles!
While all of the other local tire dealers didn't have any REAL trailer tires and offered 10ply junk, they have it all, in most sizes, even my 14 ply 235/85/16 that nobody had. 14, 16 ply and all, AG stuff, whatever tire you need minus motorcycle and something else I could care less about.
We are from out of town and they knew that we had to buy the tire regardless of the price, but they still sold them to us for less than we could have got them at home.
We ended up replacing another tire, and bought yet another one, and a wheel as a spare (out whole wheel hub/tire/spindle exited in the previous chit show), and still came out under a thousand.
3-14ply steel sidewall tires and an 8 lug wheel to match the ones on it. That's steel valve stems to replace the rubber, mount, balance, the whole kit.
THEN, they dropped the end of their lunch to help get us on our way and check out the toy hauler or hot rod.
Couldn't ask for more, and at a less than fair price even! I'd have been happy paying another hundred a tire for service that quick and detailed.
If I'm ever over here again and need a tire, I'll go buy another 3 from them. Bunch of cool cats as well!

On our way, from Gainesville, to see a concert in Saint Augustine we must have had one tire go flat while the tire on the second axle held the extra weight on our trailer, for a while, until it burst. We were barely out of the lane, on a rim, barely on the shoulder. Once Goodsam's contacted Dale's, we received a call from them and they arrived extremely quickly. The techs were great even putting up with my questions. We were on the road with a new tire on one of our rims and the spare installed in under an hour and a half of contact. We made it to the campground and the show thanks to their speed and expertise. Would recommend to anyone.
xceptional service from start to finish! After traveling 300 miles on the second leg of a 1100 mile trip, we found ourselves stranded roadside with our RV for over two hours—late on a Friday evening, no help in sight, and no one able to fix the issue.
Then we called Dale’s Tire, and everything changed. Amanda, the owner, was calm, kind, and confident—she promised a technician would be there within 30 minutes. Johnny showed up in just 15, diagnosed the problem immediately, and replaced the valve stem with speed and precision. In no time, we were safely back on the road. If doing business with good, kind-hearted people means something to you, Dale’s Tire is the clear choice. This fine gentleman is Dale, who I met in the middle of a delivery order to his house. As I was dropping off the order, he informed me of my tire being visibly low on air. He had me turn and rotate the wheel and spotted a nail that had punctured my tire. This man plugged the hole in what had to be 60 seconds or less, refilled the air on my tire, and replaced a missing cap for the air nozzle, and sent me on my way (after all that STILL with a great tip!) to continue doing orders, all out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you Dale, you helped make sure my family had food on the table that night.

Dalles Tires in Gainesville is where you go if you need commercial tires for a big truck. I was glad they actually had the tire I needed in stock, and they set me up with an appointment first thing the next morning. They got me in and out quick, no hassle. The secretary at the front desk was super friendly (her little baby was there and brought a smile to my day), and her husband in the shop was just as helpful. It felt like dealing with good, honest folks who know their work and take care of people. I’ll definitely keep them in mind next time I need truck tires.
Quality tires and fast service. They will go out of their way to help you anytime they can. All Dales workers are great or he doesn't keep them for long. This place has saved me a few times as I lived locally. Great people, great products, great prices, great service, just great all around!!!

Needed a new tire for my daughter’s car. I called around to several places with not much help to be honest. Called Dales and spoke with Amanda. Gave her the info she needed and she had a tire the next day cause I called near closing time. Amanda was amazing and very helpful. My daughter was at Dales less than 10 minutes and they had the tire changed out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DALES TIRE! Great people and great service!! Random tire blowout in the middle of nowhere had me panicking. Found Dale’s online and literally were like superheroes! Amanda went out of her way to find a replacement tire and coordinate my service and Steve made 2 trips to to my location to get me back on the road! Honestly so thankful! Good people do still exist!

On our trip back to South Florida from Missouri, we blew a tire outside of Alachua. Progressive insurance was absolutely no help to me other than waiting over 2 hours to be towed. We were in our motorhome headed to Lake Placid Fl and we had a tire blow out on the interstate. He told us it would be an hour to a hour and a half bc they had all just left for the day. We had one of his guys there in less than a hour and our tire was changed and we were back on the road with in 20 mins. Great customer service, very personable gentleman that came out to change our tire. Didn’t get his name. But he’s in the pics. Again thank you Dale Tires.
The best tires place I ever seen & experienced. You can tell and feel the owner loves what he’s doing. We stopped by as soon as the shop opened with our toddler, he knew it would be loud so her offered us to stay in guest room and offered water and coffee, nice and clean too. Bathroom is cleaned, everything is way better than even hotel or Airbnb in this country. So we did quick photo with him. He’s cool !!
We blew out a tire on our Class A RV. They came to us quickly and made the job look easy. The technician was Great to work with. They were there fixing it before any of the other companies even called me back with a quote
