This is my second time coming to this repair shop. The first time was from a hit and run. Everyone who worked there was very sweet and professional. I thought it was going to cost me $1000 to fix my car, but they just wiped it down and place the bumper back in place free of charge. They said it was on the house. I wanted to pay but they refused to take my money. The second time was definitely my fault. Lol. I demanded them to take my money. They refused again. My card just needed another wipe down. Thanks guys for your hospitality and taking care of me. I really needed the help. I recommend this repair shop to anyone. The gentlemen at Automotive Super Sports were so incredibly kind to me. I brought in my 94 year old mother’s van that we use to transport her to appointments. It was injured when I attempted to leave the garage with the sliding door open. I was bereft thinking about the potential repair time and cost. On the phone, I was told to bring it in for an estimate. I did, told them I didn’t need it pretty just functional. Within minutes of my arrival and while I was still waiting for a ride, three men were out looking at it and trying to figure out a plan. I called my son and told him to wait a bit and sure enough within 20 minutes they had the door sliding and closing again. To top off the wonderful start to my day, they refused to charge me. If ever I have a need for collision repair you may be certain this is where I will go!
I recently had my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 repaired at Automotive Super Sports Inc., and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I brought my BMW here in August 2024 for scratch repair. I asked if they could handle BMWs. They said yes so I trusted them.
Right after the repair I got a backup sensor warning. I called and they told me to bring it back. I started driving but they were closing and the warning went away. I thought it was a glitch. I was moving to Miami that day and didn’t have time.
Later I found out my windows wouldn’t roll down. BMW confirmed they left a sensor disconnected. Their mistake cost me over $3,000 on top of the $1,700 I had already paid.
Before I approved the repair at BMW I called this shop to see if they’d take responsibility. They told me to drive back 300 miles. I said I couldn’t. I didn’t trust them to fix it and wasn’t going to waste more time.
Then they said: “You paid cash so there’s nothing you can do.”
That’s not just unprofessional. That’s what scammers say. They took my money, broke my car, and blamed me. They knew I couldn’t dispute the charge and used that to dodge responsibility.
I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I would’ve appreciated any solution, suggestion, or even an apology. If they had shown any sincerity or ownership, maybe I would have considered driving back. But instead they were dismissive, rude, and acted like I didn’t matter the second they got paid.
No apology. No fix. No basic human decency. Just lies, excuses, and a total lack of ethics. They will take your money, damage your car, and act like it’s your fault.
Do not trust them. They are careless, dishonest, and dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very good service. My car’s front bumper was broken and fell off and needed a replacement. Their staff helped me fixed the bumper back to the car so that it doesn’t touch the ground anymore. They did it at my first visit just now, for free, and have largely solve my problem already.

The staff was very kind and efficient. They were not trying to up-charge us in any way and were very considerate. Oct 15th- I took the car in to replace the windshield and repair dings and scratches from hurricane damage. Was told it would take 7-8 days to complete.
Oct. 23rd- (day 8) I called to see if the car was ready. They said it still needed to be painted so it will be done Oct 25th.
Oct 25th- I called to see what time to pick up the car. They said it still needed to be painted and the windshield needed installed. (replacement windshield came in damaged) so they got a new one in. Was told the car would be ready Oct 29th.
Oct 29th- I called, they said the new windshield didn’t fit so they got another one. Car was primered but not yet painted. Was told the car would be ready on 30th or no later than the 31st.
Oct 30th- At 4:04p, I received my first call ever from them saying that the car was finished.
Oct 30th- At 4:08p, I received another call from them saying the car was NOT finished. They still had to install the windshield. Was told the car would be ready on the 31st in the afternoon.
Oct 31st- I never heard from them so I called at 4:30p to see if the car was ready. The man said yes and he meant to call me to let me know but he got distracted.
I appreciate that the owner/mgr replies to every google review. I’m curious how he will excuse this behavior. What I have stated in this review are facts only, I am not bashing this company. But will I return? Absolutely not!
Side note-I felt it was appropriate to show the owner this review before posting it. I asked why there was zero communication with me during this whole process. He said they don’t have time to call each and every customer.
The guys at Automotive Super Sports are nothing short of amazing. They were always very informative with everything they did and made my car look like new again! Terry did an amazing job at conveying everything and making the process as simple as possible. I will definitely be returning to them if I ever need their services again.
Great place to have your car worked on. The whole team of guys were incredibly polite and helpful. Despite having dozens of smashed cars to repair, their facility and operation is impressively organized and clean. They took apart my car and put it back together because the parts I provided were garbage, and they didn't charge me for their time lost. They ordered the correct parts for me and had the job done the next week!

Dean really demonstrates an amazing effort for customer service. Assisted me through the entire process with insurance and getting oem parts, saved me some money by advising me on the claim and covering some ancillary parts. Dean was readily available and responsive for all needs. I felt like I was getting honest, comprehensive, and competent service. Probably took a total of an extra 2 hours just explaining and talking to me about the work and insurance stuff. The work looks good. I'm certainly very happy with my experience here.
Dean and his team did an excellent job on my 2011 BMW 328i. They went above and
beyond in addressing damages from hitting a coyote. I was in a fight with my insurance company for 3 months as they wanted me to file as collision even though it was comprehensive. After months, I finally could get my vehicle fixed. Insurance, as usual, underestimated the damages, but Dean and his team stretched that money to fix everything that they could. I need to reach out to my insurance as Automotive Super Sports needs to be compensated fairly. I do not understand how they were able to do everything that they did with the miniscule budget they were given. Overall, excellent place that cares about your satisfaction and your vehicle as much as you do. Additionally, their mechanic found corrosion on my high pressure line to my power steering and a leak that I have from my valve cover. They are only responsible for getting my car to look as it did beforehand, and to go out of their way to tell me of problems they found, things that should be addressed, and visually showing me the issues/where the fluid is building up is what all body shops should do. You all have a customer for life. Unluckily for you all, this is my first first accident and I'm nearly 40 years old and I don't plan on having any more accidents. I will refer anyone that ever asks, my friends, and my family with pictures of the magic you worked and how you're even willing to go above and beyond despite insurances giving you peanuts to work with. This is not an exaggeration, but my front end looks better now than it did before the accident. I cannot recommend Automotive Super Sports enough. Dean and his crew were prompt and the quality of work on my car was outstanding. I picked this shop based on the reviews and as one of Progressive's recommended auto body shops in the area after my car was hit by one of Progressive's customers. I couldn't even open my passenger door, and there was damage to multiple panels. My car looks brand new. Communication was on point, and they even facilitated my rental car/pick up when I dropped my car off. The shop pup was an added bonus! I loved him. I will be sure to use Automotive Super Sports for any other needs moving forward.
