Im a transit worker and ran into vehicle problems, good Friday everyone closed. Call brought my vehicle in and had it fixed and omw within no time. Most grateful for the last minute jump to it kinda service they gave.
My cars battery light came on as I was passing through the area on the I-95. I just brought it to the closest mechanic, and they tried to rip me off for an alternator replacement! I called Rich’s Service Center and they were $200 less! Even though they knew I was in a desperate position and needed it done pronto, they still didn’t screw me like most mechanics. And not only that but they got it done in less than an hour and the actual job took maybe 30-40 minutes! Don is the man! 100% recommend anyone to use these guys
I've come hear a few times for various things...they replaced the front struts on my 98 Saturn SL2 a few years ago and the replacements lasted longer than the ones I had put on myself. They also helped my wife with a transmission cooler failure years ago on her Neon. Overall an excellent garage.
Very knowledgeable people. Were able to quickly fix my brake issue for a decent price with quality work. I'll definitely be coming back here for future work on my vehicle. Very convenient too if you work in the Groton shipyard as it's not a very far walk.
I don't normally write reviews, but I had to make sure I wrote one for Rich's. If I could give more than 5 Stars I absolutely would. The best service I have received in I don't know how long! Absolutely fair on prices and I can't imagine finding a better deal! I will most certainly be going back for any other service I need! AMAZING!
Best service center ever! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Both Bethany and Rich are extremely knowledgable and reliable. I've been taking my cars there for years and highly recommend vs any other service station in the area. Honest and affordable, so don't hesitate to call. A++
my name is Matt perry. Just discovered Rich's service center in groton city. Apart from their generosity and respect for others, i have mever met a more fair and kind couple in my life. Rich and bethany both go above and beyond when they do service. He was able to pull my jeep in his garage in a timely manner and replace my starter with ease. He is probably the most skilled mechanic on this planet. If you have car issues, call him!!!!! If I could rate 10 stars I would in a heart beat
I have been going to Riches for a few years now they are by far the best Service Station around . And the most honest people I have ever met I recommend them to all my friends can’t say enough about them if you need work done give them a call you will be glad you did
I have been bringing my cars to Rich and Bethany for 3+ years. They are by far the most honest and trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of auto ownership. They fix what needs to fixed and will tell you when upcoming problems will need to addressed. I have never had any problems with any work they have performed on my 3 cars. I recommend Rich's to everyone I know. They are very busy, so plan ahead. Well worth any wait to get the repair done correctly for a very fair price.
One of the most helpful and trustworthy couples! Both Bethany + Rich as a team have an encyclopedic memory of what needs and should be done to fix most cars. Really glad they are in our neighborhood - 5 stars!
This is the honest garage that you are looking for. It's the best! I have never written a review before but this garage really deserves one. Midas over filled my oil by a few quarts and my car sounded terrible. They squeezed me in immediately and spent 40 minutes checking it out. They were very thorough and even fixed other things. They do everything, oil changes, repairs, tires, wish I'd known that before! My previous oil change with Midas turns out that most of the things they said I needed doing on my car I didn't! And you will be hard pressed to find better quotes too. There's a very good reason why their parking lot is so full of cars!
Finally got an issue fixed with my Honda civic after three tries at a big chain mechanic. Bethany was super nice and I couldn't have asked for better service.
I went to this garage today on a recommendation. They were excellent. I told them what was wrong with the truck and I also told them of my terrible experiences with other shops. The fixed my truck, charging me next to nothing. It's not that they were hard fixes, but they didn't try to take advantage of me, which is a shocker. I will recommend this shop to everyone.
