My mom and I went because she needed a new headlight bulb for her Subaru Forester passenger side. For those that don't know you have to remove a plastic cover to get to it. Another auto shop was trying to get hundreds of dollars to do it. It took 3 different people to try to remove the cap because we hadn't had to replace that headlight yet in over 10 years. The staff there was super helpful. So much so my mom bought them cupcakes. I hope the staff sees this and how much this meant to my mom and I. I highly recommend going here. They don't up sell you on stuff you don't need and they help install the parts too.
If I could give a negative star I would. Came in to buy filters etc..rude cashier didn't acknowledge us at... As we waited for a good 6 mins in line. She proceeded to take someone who had just got in line before us. worst service ever.
Yesterday Mike and Max assisted me with all the tools and parts for my BMW repair and I was glad to be spending my money at O'Reilly's after receiving such professional service. Thank you!
I don’t usually leave a review, but I was so impressed with the customer service at O’Reilly’s, and the amazing staff deserves a shout out. After having to jump start my car twice to make it there with two kids, I was immediately helped, my battery and starter were checked, my key fobs were replaced, the door was held for me, my kiddo hada lollipop, and only necessary work was done for a great price. Thank you to Max who helped my family. We will definitely be loyal customers here.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car battery died in my apartment complex and Anny said if I can get myself to the store, then she can have one of her staff get me back to my car to jump my car, then bring my car in. Ended up getting my car jumped by her staff member, and having the new battery installed, in less than 30 minutes! EXTREMELY helpful staff (thanks Anny and Andrew!), great customer service, and good price considering all the free help in jumping my car and installing the battery.
I called both AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts initially and both locations told me I had to come in and buy jumper cables, then jump my own car and bring it in, then they'd see if a battery would fit (not super helpful).
Anny ensured they had a battery that would fit and worked with me on the phone before coming in, so it was an extremely streamlined process! She also made sure to add any discounts to my purchase that she knew were available so that I'd be getting the best price.
I will absolutely come back in the future!
I went to O'Reilly's auto to buy a head light bulb for my car and not only did the man at the counter (Eddie) got it for me but he also installed the bulb in my car. Thank You, Eddie for helping a lady out. I highly recommend this place for all your auto needs. :)
Today I was stranded at the aldis parking lot, do to battery failure. Walked myself to oreillys auto and OMG what I great service I had. Anny offer to go across the street and give me Jump. Also manage to get the car to run and get it to their parking lot. Once I got back to the store Angel and max were also very friendly calmed my anxiety while all three of them figure out what to do get my car running again.we definitely need people like anny . Angel and max in retail service. they were beyond helpful I will definitely keep going to oreillys it was a 10 out of 10 service.
Definitely would recommend going to this location!!! Anny went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. From the time I walked in until the time I left there she showed that she was willing to help me. Not only did she install a new battery but reset my system for my car! Big Thank you to Anny and the crew at Oreilly.
5/5 stars! I had an amazing experience at oreilly’s auto in Groton. For being out of state and stranded, Anny came out her way to make sure I made it home. She manage to change my battery and offer for me to stay inside so I could stay under the A/C. Anny & max were friendly and attentive, and the [product/service] exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Upgraded headlights & installed right on site with the help of store attendant. Job was a bit more complicated than the average head light change out due to vehicle configuration but we tackled it & all turned out fantastic. Both store attendants were helpful pre and post purchase and install.. OReilly's tops on my list! Other auto store barely acknowledged your existence when wondering amongst the aisles. Thanks O'Reilly's.
Went in for a part after the guys in Auto Zone told me to go to HomeDepot. Walked in and not even a welcome. Finally asked for the part. Was told that aisle middle maybe. Not even a thank you after purchase.
Absolutely incredible service by Jose. He did everything in his power to help with a part installation, and succeeded. I’ve never stepped in an O’Reilly prior to today, but now, I’ll be coming back for all my auto parts needs. Thank you again Jose!
I went to O'Reilly's in Groton looking for clips because I accidentally ripped off my splash guard for my front passenger tire. Chrissy helped me look for the parts I needed. we weren't sure if they would fit so she came outside with me to see if it would. not only does she make sure it fit but she laid on the dirty ground and put my splash guard back on and made sure it was secure this was the first time I ever shopped at O'Reilly's. This is now my spot for all my vehicle needs. Thanks Chrissy!
I went in today to buy a hula girl for my dashboard and I was nicely greeted as soon as I walked in by Anny.
She asked if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a hula girl and she immediately went over and got one for me.
I was so glad to find one and get such wonderful service after getting ignored at the auto parts store across the street and then almost getting hit by a car driving across the street.
Her fellow associate was also very nice to us too.
These women are doing a great job and I'll definitely be back.
