This is our third year at Noank Village Boatyard. The entire staff is amazing. We receive first class service in every aspect. If we have a mechanical issue they make resolving it a priority so that we don’t miss a weekend or trip. The people seem to really enjoy working there too and are happy, helpful kind and VERY professional. They maintain the yard so it it is neat and welcoming with flowers planted and equipment always neatly stored. We love the entire staff and consider them our summer family. We would never consider another marina. This is a 5 star marina and in a fantastic location on the mystic River so you can’t do better. Family operated with pride and a commitment to excellence and it shows in every respect.
Clean bathrooms. quaint. Tight fit in some areas, so you get to give the right away! No please, you first! I don't know much about boatyards, I have been to this one twice in the past few years. Just glad to have the opportunity. Appreciative as a guest.
The other reviewer was correct.... BEWARE of owner! Real nice and accommodating to start, then hold on to your wallet and get ready to get RIPPED off!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great staff and fantastic work. Launch drivers are all fantastic and very responsive. I feel real confident they are giving me the right advice on the care of our boat. On our 3 year now.
Told on phone they had a slip. Tried to talk me into doing all the service at their costs and then they did not have a slip. They had told me that I could do my own service on the phone. I drove 2 hours to look at these slips. Wasting my time and not forthright and honest.
