We came down to visit with family. We booked an appointment to have front and rear cameras on our vehicle. From start to finish the process was easy, flawless and done as specified, on time and with zero issues. I highly recommend Action Audio. Top shelf service.

Do NOT go here under any circumstance! Simple plug & play screen Install turned to damage wasted money & Lies! They lied & told me I purchased wrong item bc they did not know how to install plug & play item in Audi (after tearing apart dash.) I re-ordered for no reason! Laziness a simple google search could have provided. If it’s not shop responsibility To search Then how you going to finish the job? Make it make sense Then scratched my center console & when I told the lady she said she didn’t see anything. & the screen is not sitting in the bezel properly! More Laziness & not taking Pride in your work. Of course it won’t sit correctly bc it’s Chinese, but I fixed in 10 min. 100 excuses 0 Work ethic I canceled a chargeback, but I’m about to put it back! Service Substandard & not complete! Crooks

STAY AWAY FROM! They had 2 simple things to do on my radio hook up memory and antena Nicole told me to get there at 9 AM. The two workers didn’t show up till 1045 and then sat down and had breakfast. They started my truck at 11:15 left there at 12:15 and he made a mess out of my truck. when I cleaned the wires mess, I found my antenna which he did not hook up and then I turned off the Truck turned it back on in the memory did not work so I called her. She said come back next Saturday. I called her. She said no let’s cancel for next weekend so I went the third weekend. I got there. She said oh he hooked it up right it’s your Stereo that’s default I had just purchased that Stereo one month early. It was brand new and on top of it. She fraudulent charged on my credit card and wouldn’t fix the problem so stay away from this person. She’s a conniving manipulator.

Went to auction audio multiple times went in with my European car and they rigged the wires bad I ended up buying 2 sets of 2 12 inches speakers and they both blew the lady didn’t have much to say but I didn’t buy the speakers off her and she can’t warranty . Bad buiness and I paid for a bass knob they didn’t have gave me one that turned the speakers on and off then blamed it on my amp I got from them saying it’s not the newer year . Don’t recommend at all had 2 jl audios previously both blew .

Thanks for patching up the truck lighting taillight issue we were having. Brought it to two other shops and harness was wild wires everywhere. They patched it up got truck back on road same day said come back with something more difficult for them next time haha. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.

I got a remote car starter only not alarm for $659 . Installation was 7 hour long. Works good. I think price was high but the appointment was for next day.

They installed a remote starter on my wife's 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Nice, quick and clean job. She's enjoying her warm vehicle in the mornings. Highly recommend

I have remote start installed in my FJ cruiser two days after I owned it, I was stranded and had to have my truck towed almost 50 miles, less than two days install brand new, that cost just as much as the remote start/the tow the vehicle home

Have gone there 3 times sense I had my sound system installed. Every single time I left there is a new problem and they can never get their job right. Highly do not recommend anyone coming to this establishment!

Recently purchased from another company in at a horrible experience. I came here to try to fix the issue and to try to get at least some of my money's worth for what was paid. In the end I was so ecstatic. Yes, I ended up having to pay for extra equipment. But in the end I was really so satisfied. Honestly, if I know about this place, I would have been here sooner. And for the price, I probably would have paid the price that I paid in the other place here. I would definitely recommend. This place was very friendly, very helpful and very willing to help.

Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and they know their stuff. Ladies are nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. System hookup. Other services too. Fix window too. Do not bring your car here they did a horrible job putting my remote starter in then when I brought it back they made up an excuse saying it was something else to cover them selfs!! At that they don't give refunds back due to labor work they obviously couldn't perform suck place..

Are whole family uses Action Audio !! They did all my door speakers and the sub woofer box , everything came out great no problems and sounds amazing!! I also had them do my tints and never have had any problems

They are always so pleasant when I come in and the work they do is top notch. I can say they really care about trying to help your situation in anyway they can. They always give me options and go over everything with me step by step. Awsome work they do here.

This business just installed my alarm after a scare where my wheels were almost stolen recently. Ive been reading some of these reviews and they are absurb. For those complaining about them being slow, please remember that some of these installations are major modifications and these knewer cars are basically rolling computers. For those that say they are expensive, their attention to detail and quality of instalation is top notch. They also have very good rapports with the manufacturers of the products they sell. Their was some difficulty in my alarm instalation due to its complexity and Niki was able to talk a rep from the manufacturer directly and get its sort out. The owner niki is extremely personable and knows her stuff. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Omg I was getting a 2 amp install! Got there at 9 am. It's now 6:34 pm. And they are still not done. Miss my second job. There was only one car that was here after me. Note: I use to do this for a living. Neverrrrr took this long. Crooks also. ?NEVER AGAIN!!! If you want good hook ups. Go to Exstreme Audio in Manchester. I can't express how passed I am!!!

They were well informed about car audio and offered tons of options to assist me with my car audio system upgrades. I would def refer them to other!! Service was so quick I didn't even have time to take pictures fyi

Crooks. Beware bringing your car here. My aux cord broke off into my input. They said $75 to take it out and $150 if it needs to be replaced. They took it out only to THEN tell me that in fact its too mangled to put in another one and told me i now have replace the whole radio face. Why they didn't warn me before they did the work? Because they are unprofessional and greedy.

Caution Worst experience ever. The new radio that had been installed was installed poorly. Was told that it would take 2 hours to install it took around 8. Also once I left the shop I turned back around because my warning light was jammed due to the poor install. The next day after the install my car did not want to start. Took it into a dealership to be told that the person who installed my radio loosen a wire which blew a fuse and short circuited both the cars module and battery. The total cost of repairs was $1000. I called Action Audio to tell them what had occurred and of course was told that it was not their fault. The total cost in total for the repairs and install was over $2400 Let this be a warning to all who decide to take your car here. Do not let anyone including this store do work on your car if they have less than a 4 star rating. It will go bad. To the owners response I was never given an option to have you guys pay for repair to my vehicle. I was told from the front desk lady that it was not the stores responsibility and that I would only be given a refund of around $80 of the harness that I have already ordered but did not have it installed. Please for your future customers save them the hassle and pay for the damages you caused. It's not fair and not right.

Nicole was a pleasure to work with and I am so impressed with her knowledge and the way she works with people. They completed the job and kept to price quoted. I recommend them highly.

Called 1 day to see if they would build me a custom spec box for a 20 year old cerwin vega 124. Was told to come in and theyd look. They said yes. Gave up the spec sheet and it was done in a week. As other shops said a month or more this was impressive. They like most shops are busy. You need patience and theyll get to you. Nikki is very knowledgeable. The techs are good. Ive done car audio for 22 years. So beleive me when i say this a good shop. My box is a beast. Well built and looks mean. And smaller than i expected. Which is good as i have a car. The looks i get when i pop the trunk are priceless. Thanks to you all.

The girl at the counter was very nice but everything else about their service was bare minimum in terms of competency. They sold me a radio that works fine, but neglected to mention that it doesn't connect to the steering wheel volume ccontrols. Their waiting room music is terrible and grated on my nerves. Also it will take 2 days to open up the old radio and get my CD back. I probably should have just taken it home and done it myself. Could have gotten it open in a couple minutes with a hammer (I don't care about the radio, I got it replaced for a reason).

I was a long time customer of this place when it was on the Turnpike. I loved it. The service and selection was great. I wasn't treated as second class just because I wasn't spending thousands of dollars on a visit. Having just changed cars, I stopped by to get an adapter to swap my stereo into my new ride. What a change. As I entered, I was immediately made to feel like I didn't belong. All that was missing was the "zwip!" sound of a record being stopped suddenly. Despite the wall behind the cash register being covered with adapters, I was told that they no longer offer them... they were discontinued because nobody buys them. Taking the hint, I left. Amazingly, despite the items being discontinued, there was an ample selection on Amazon. How amazing. EDIT: I did not "ask for a speaker adapter".

Action Audio is a great business with skilled service, high end top notch equipment. The service there was great. Niki was so patient and cordial. As a customer I have rarely seen a company go out of their way to make everything easy and extremely informative at the same time. They are phenomenal. Thanks for all you did on my Land Rover, one of the hardest cars to work on they did in no time! The owner worked more quickly on my car than Land Rover in Canton, where I purchased it.....EVER did!! He has an insurmountable amount of skill when it comes to complex cars. Finally a business that knows how to do things right and to top it off and atmosphere that can’t be beaten!! Don't ever trust this people, I took my car to them in wethersfield to do tinting,they said to me leave the keys here,come back in 2 hours it will be done.i said no I can wait here!!so what happened I was waiting 4 hours I never saw my car, when I ask them is the car done they said almost done they lie to me. They took my car to different location to do the job I ended calling 911 if anything happens to my car I was action audio responsible for that(fraud 100% be careful)you lie to my face ,you never told me. Taking my car to different location. The worst case I never had all my life. ..

Doesn't even deserve a star!!!! Place sucks, no one knows that they are doing. Takes forever to do anything. Tell you something over the phone then it changes when you get to the store. The employees there are incompetent and need to get training from someone that actually know what they are doing. Will never be back here again.
