I called this place for a price for a lock out. The person I spoke to said someone will call me but I needed to give them my address before I knew the quote. He had already took my zip code and knew the town I was in. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable giving my address out to him without knowing a price or if I was going to use them over all. He said well then you can call someone else. That is completely unprofessional of a business to tell this to someone especially when they are already stressed about being locked out of there car. As a 1st responder on a lock out incident I would never treat someone like this. Not knowing what day your customer is already having. Your suppose to support your customers that are in your need not tell them you need your address if not I will not be helping you when all I was asking was for a quote before I release any information to this man. You should be ashamed of yourself as an employee boss or w.e you are at this company and remember 1st responders save lives you might need one someday and when you do. I hope you are a lot more polite and helpful then you were today. Such disgusting behavior
