I have a accou at oreillys and my wife went in for some parts and called me, i told the associates what my account was and the guy service my wife said that he wasn't going going to helped her cuz i cussed u people better get some employees that are not prejudice against account holders

I went to buy brakes for my Honda Civic, and they gave me the wrong part. I just don't get it . They saw the part number on the computer crean , but gave me a different part number. Too much socializing, insted of concentrating.

This was the second of three O'Reilly Auto Parts stores I went to. Someone fumbled, because I was supposed to be notified in about an hour when my in-stock order was ready to pick up. I went to this store in between two other location's visits. I called from the parking lots since I still hadn't received an email. Some clown picked up, asked a couple questions, and left me on hold for over 7 minutes. Since I was already in the parking lot, I went inside and continued to hold. This store is very busy. Finally, a girl named Adiya picked up while was standing at a distance, in front of her. She said, "Can I help you?" I said yes, in stereo (on the phone and in person). She seemed somewhat amused. Long story short, she was able to locate my steel line and get me out of there, despite the obstacles provided by others. If it were not for her efforts and attitude, I would have given this place only a star or two. I was left hanging in email limbo and left on eternal hold. Thanks Adiya, good job! At least they have someone here on their A game...

Rudest staff I’ve come across in a long time. Refused to hold a part for me over the phone (never had that issue with another auto parts store) and the woman behind the counter seemed extremely annoyed that I interrupted her playing on her phone when I asked for assistance. Staff had hard time finding part they promised was in stock and manager (I think his name was Yusuf or something like that) barked at me that another employee misplaced it and wasn’t his fault.

I've been to this location a couple times now its kinda out of my way as I'm 25 plus miles from there but 2 times they had what I needed in a pinch and price matched the competitors even though they had to order and O'Reilly had on shelf

I tried calling on the phone to see if they could help me with a part. They didn't answer the phone and when they finally did after me letting it ring for 10 minutes, the girl answered the phone and kept me on hold for 15 minutes until and finally got on the phone. I went in the store to inquire about a part and the girl was absolutely rude. If this is how they run their business, that is horrible. I decided to go to auto zone who were more than accommodating in helping me. DON'T GO THIS STORE!!!!

Whether I go in to purchase just air fresheners or 1 quart of oil, I always have the same issue. 10 minute wait. 2 or 3 people behind the counter talking in Spanish , laughing & having a great time without acknowledging that you are standing their in line with items to purchase in your hands. If they are ringing someone up who also speaks Spanish, they will talk to them at length . I don’t care if they want to have conversations or that they are constantly speaking Spanish , my problem is - I just want to make a purchase & get out of there! Never have this issue at Advanced auto parts , but I have to drive another 2 miles. Starting to realize- it’s worth it. Why doesn’t the owner spend 2 minutes in this store to see how it operates?

I ordered the part online at a place that almost everyone orders from but they said it was going to arrive today now they changed it to two to three days later due to a delay. Usually I either buy from this big online store or Autozone and Advance Auto Parts but lately I am buying quite a bit from Oreilly Auto Parts. They just seem to have the parts I want at a relatively good price and WHEN I need it.

I went in to get a bulb for my car. The guy Teo was very polite and very helpful. He put the bulb in for me which gave him a challenge of taking it out and putting it back in. Just letting his manager know his very helpful. Thank u again!!

I've been going here when I need anything because it was close and good service I bought break lamps for my car,asked if they had LEDs to replace my headlights. I was given another set of brake lamps,just this time they were LED brake replacement and not what I asked for. I went to return the product,never given a receipt,they have no record of either one sold. Might as well throw out the computers they,unlike a real store that can check by using the card you used. Scared by an employee I guess,advanced auto is where I'll be going from now on

I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wethersfield on Silas Deane. Tonight I went in to have a headlight replaced. I asked if someone could assist putting it in. Sge said yes and asked if I had the member card, which I did. She could see that I had purchased both headlights from here before and that I had a warranty. She immediately refunded the $17.99! Polite, helpful and knowledgable staff. Military discounts, good parts and his prices. I like o'Reilly for the attitude, the cleanliness of the store and at certain stores [wethersfield] they have mostly everything in stock. This is not necessarily true in all of their stores. Call ahead or used the website to check availability. That said, the site is not the easiest to navigate. Its flow is a little clunky.

Everything about this store is great! ? I come here when I or my family need some part for my/their car. For an example of this store's experience, the employees have helped in the past me install new wiper blades and new light bulbs. Wow! They really understand customer service! They're great! Thanks to the whole team! I'm sure each of you have helped me/us at least once before! In conclusion, go here if you need something/need real help in regards to parts for your car.

I had a problem with a snow scraper that I purchased last year. Was the kind that extends to approximately 5 feet in length. For some reason it wouldn't it would not extend. I brought it in and the technician behind the desk fixed it for me. It had a dent in it which prevented it from opening. After fixing it he put tape around the trouble part to remind me never to close it to the point of the dent or it wouldn't open again. I was very pleased with his courteous and helpful service.

I am very happy with these guys! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and they were there promptly at 7:30am on Saturday and had my part ready. A part no-one else had. Auto zone staff had no clue were awful as always. Saved my week!Thanks guys so much. I will be back!

My car broke down in the parking lot. They were very helpful. They did a diagnostic check for me. I ended up needing a tow. The manager kept checking up on me, to make sure I was ok. It was a pretty hot day, he wanted to make sure I was cool. I highly recommend this store. Excellent customer service.

They always have parts available. Of there is an issue with quality of parts they exchange it without a fuss. I recently installed all new brakes parts, literally everything, and the brakes now feel phenomenal.

The store is great on its own, what I dont like is how outdated the store feels. Only one customer rewards coupon allowed per transaction, the store doesnt match sale prices found on its own website, the receipt printer is from the 80's (google: continuous feed printer), and the cashiers seems to struggle if you add something to the list mid-transaction. Its almost as if they need to start over. So, with only one customer rewards coupon allowed per transaction, i find myself splitting up transactions just to use them (gets frustrating with how long it takes to print one receipt on that old printer). If I find sale items on the O'Reilly website that are not on sale in store, I have to order it on my phone and pick it up at the register. Why can't they just match it from their computers? This is a brand new store, I think it opened within the past year! Aside from the store feeling like its stuck in the past, it has all the products I need at good prices. Staff seems knowledgeable enough
