First time I’m going there and I had no issues. I had ALOT of cans and I was counting when the woman asked if I’d like an estimate verse having to count so I excepted. I think the offer was fair for not having to do anything. The woman I felt with was nice.

People may think of it as a can and store place to redeem those things. But this place is important it's important to me because it helps me pay my bills. The people that run it are very kind and genuine people

I brought my cans / bottles here for the first time! Junior was SUPER kind and helpful! Such an easy process! Great place! Highly recommend!

Wrong closing time 3:00 pm instead is 3:30 pm

They always short count you even when you put your cans in the 24 boxes. It's always less than a dollar so it's not worth fighting but they're cheats.

Been here before, tried a few other centers. Best experience, will always come here Quick, courteous, staff to help. Provided bags to take home as i count at home. Makes process quick and easy

The reception is 3pm, it's terrible

What a joke that place is. I showed up 15mins b4 closing, an the guy working informs me that i need 2 b there by 3:00 o'clock. When n were theres no sign or nothing saying this on the internet. So he perceeds to try 2 offer me half of what i had bottles. How freaking rude,whats he think everyones a hard up lick?

Friendly, efficient, organized... Maybe less gross than other redemption centers?

Their attitude is absolutely unacceptable, I went there only one time coz they are close to my house but generally i go to the one in Bloomfield and they are awesome, but this one in West Hartford got on my nerves, I had some plastic bottles that this place won't take which is fine coz they don't but other places do, but they had no right to just take those from my bag of bottles and put it in their garbage, Its my bottles u don't have the right to just throw it away, u can tell me u won't take them and I will take it back but u can't be throwing away my stuff... And the place is a mess, I brought a bag full of cans all counted and written clearly on the bag the number of cans the bag has in it... They asked me to take out all the cans and put it in their plastic trays one by one and count it again... Never ever going back there. Just horrible.

I have been here twice now. Easier the second time, but still a mess overall, as there's no organization, no line, no help with what to do or where to put things, unless you know who to look for. I brought in 10 bags the second time, each with over 40 bottles/cans, since that's how many fit into each bag. I told the lady in charge that I'd take $40 (based on 10cents a can), since there were more than that many cans. She tried to give me $20. I said no, that's not what the redemption cost is. In the end she gave me $25, but I didn't realize I was going to get haggled down over something that had already been counted. Definitely not coming back.

I been coming to this place for almost three years, I love it, the staff is nice, specially the ladies, I strongly recommend this place, and they pay you exactly what your count is.

Great place to get back some compensation for your bottles. I've seen bad reviews of bad experiences but I do believe you have to have patience when you get there, I had no bad experiences.

This place is great they’re fast. The guy is a great guy. He works with you if you’re late great customer service clean really great attitude. Can’t wait to go back.

I know it was getting close to closing time, but the dude working came outside and clearly saw three people waiting in line. When i had my own business i liked getting money from people so I would take there business even after closing time. Guess they don't need the money! It would have been appropriate to say something to the people waiting instead of just locking the door. What a joke...

Service was good until today cashier used a tone of of voice to reprimand me for doing something wrong that was hardly appropriate or fair. He was really unfriendly and rude.

Avoid at all costs. No one here speaks Spanish or English. The staff are very rude. I had $5 worth of bottles they said were "no good" meanwhile people are carrying bags of plastic bottles. Find somewhere else. You will regret coming here.

This center is enormously convenient in that you can bring all brands of bottles, whereas retailers only will redeem what they sell. Also, you don't need to feed them into machines, you just place them in cardboard trays and count them. They mostly don't take glass unless you bring the cardboard boxes to put them in. If you have empty cardboards from glass, they appreciate when you bring them. Be aware that even though they advertise 3:30pm closing time, they actaully may close earlier. Show up at 3:08pm and they may refuse to take your containers. Most staff members here are pretty friendly.

The woman who works here told me she would estimate how many bottles and cans I had if I didn't want to count them. She estimated that I had $25 worth. I opted to count them myself, and had $74.85. This woman has been at this business for years, and tried to cheat me.

I was the organizer for a school bottle and can drive. We brought about 20,000 bottles and cans here for redemption and the staff was very helpful and quick. We were in and out in under 2 hours!

It can be a little tough to find, but it is tucked behind the building facing the street. You count your own cans and place them in cardboard containers. The employee confirms and pays you! Easy peasy.

Ive have nothing but bad experience with this redemption center..i went to this place 3x and all 3 they have robbed me..the last time i went was yesterday with 32 dollars of recylces and they wouldnt let me count them and so they gave me an estimate of 17 dollars. I will not visit them again. They are making money by stealing from people. Folks watch out because they are very dishonest people. Im homeless so i rely on my recycles to eat. Someone should investigate them..

Very friendly, humble, helpful, understanding and professional business... I would recommend it to anyone.. My husband and I will definitely be back soon had a very nice experience here today.. with only 5 min before closing we were given more than enough time to do our bags with no rush Thank you to everyone there and may God continue to Bless you all immensely.. ☺️

Friendly and helpful staff made this an easy and fast way to return bottles. No worries about what brands might not be accepted. They took all cans and bottles from multiple products.

Great experience! Much easier than using the machines at the grocery store or other redemption centers. Just make sure you hang onto your boxes that your beer bottles come in. Much faster and easier if you pre-sort by brand/bottle type.

I arrived with about a year's worth of recycling. I had about 9 or 10 large bags. It came to about $25.00 for my personal recycling. If I had gone to a grocery store it would have taken me at least 45 minutes recycling one can at a time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!!! The staff helped me count all the cans, plastic bottles, and glass. I knew how much I had because I put a 100 containers in each bag at home. I didn't tell them that. I wanted to see if they were honest and they absolutely were. They were very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely do all of my recycling there from now on. I really love and appreciate how fast I got out of there too! 5 star experience!! Thank you very much!!😁
