Went in one morning and young lady Cely , was super helpful found my warranty and changed my battery in under 5 minutes. Other location need more employees like her . She really knows her stuff !!

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They knew where to locate the part that I needed in the store. They knew how to look up the part in there computer. I was looking for a riverside mirror and they had the part on hand while other places didn't.

I went to AutoZone 05133 for a key fob battery for Holly Honda 9/22. Brian found the right battery and offered to install it. Who am I to say no? He pulled out the smallest screw driver set I’ve ever seen and quickly dissembled the key fob, took the old battery out, put the new one in and put it back together in minutes. He tested it from behind the counter, I was parked in front. The confirmation beep never sounded so good. I replaced the key fob battery on my old Chevy so I know it’s no fun, it takes skill and patience. Although I thanked Brian several times, I really appreciated him going above and beyond. I think Brian was a manager, he answered a lot of questions for the associates in red shirts. I got the pro! Again, thank you sir.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They don't bs to try to just sell you anything.

I've always had a good experience at the Southington Auto Zone. The folks there are friendly and very helpful.

Cely at commercial, don’t wanna work. She told me that she’s not going back to check which part will fit as it was not clearly mentioned in their system. They should hire her replacement!

Poor service Simply put walked in to the establishment to purchase washer fluid for my vehicle asked for assistance in putting it my vehicle and was refused ve female sales associate. Never had this issue in the past. Plenty of other establishments willing to be helpful..

We had a battery terminal issue that left our family in need of help on an urgent family trip. Colin got us a new battery, identified the problem, and did his best to get us back on the road as fast as possible - Including by spending an hour in the cold rain looking at the car. He was honest, straightforward, and understanding of our situation. He and his colleague, even allowed our kids to run sprints down the aisle.

I came in today and was pleasantly surprised. Not knowing they were even there. Because you can’t see it from the main road, id say it is a major disadvantage to the surrounding community because they provide great service. I can only imagine they lose opportunities because of that. It’s the only downfall to the spot really. I was helped by Dom who went as far as putting my new hubcaps on all my wheels because it was cold out. Wow! I’m ok with that! The manager Barbara was also very approachable. If you want great service and knowledgeable representatives. Then just come here. I’m glad I did!

I recently had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, thanks to Dominic. I needed a new compressor for my ML 350, and Dominic went above and beyond to assist me. I purchased Rainex windshield wipers this year. The guy that put them on left part of the old one on my drivers side and the first time I went on the highway it flew off over my car. I just went through a car wash and the passenger side wiper flew off. Had to pay for a new one which I don’t think I should’ve. It was $44. Not hood customer service. Should’ve got it for free.

They usually have parts need for basic cars. Honda Toyota, Chevy, Jeep, Hyundai, cars like that. Lady that helped me seemed like she sorted a big line of cocaine...but she pulled my part from storage and got me out the door very fast..so that's good in a way.

From the moment we walked in the store Joe Joe was right in top of things!!! Great customer service and never tried to sell things we didn't need. We purchased a battery and he installed it and cleaned the corrosion. Above and beyond. Barbara was right next to him in the installation and they were both amazing!!!. I will never go another auto part store again. Thank you!

My family and I had an issue with our engine. We had to come here to get it fixed, not only did we find the perfect solution, but had a really good time while at it. We were literally on our way back from a rainy and disappointing day at six flags, and this was probably the best part of the day. Even though the location is not all that remarkable, it has a very calming vibe, and a special feeling to it. This warm sentiment is also due to the fantastic service offered at the establishment. Elijah and Dominic were extremely helpful and unreasonably kind. I was not expecting to be treated that well while getting our car fixed. Not only that but they made sure the car was fine before we left, and to be honest, without them we wouldn't have had a clue of how to fix it. We are all very grateful for the establishment and the staff, thank you! Also, they sell really nice caps there.

My husband asked me to call and check on a part and go pick it up. Eli Answered the phone with great enthusiasm! He was kind and helpful. When I went to the store he had the part ready and was so personable and positive. He made my day.!!!! You are fortunate to have such a wonderful employee working for you ! Thank you Eli!

The customer service experience that I received went above and beyond my expectations. I came to AutoZone to purchase a high beam light for my Hyundai Sonata. Eli was assisting me, and I asked if he could install the light. He said, sure - as long as it wasn't too hard to get into the components. It was a little harder than expected, but instead of giving up, Eli enlisted the assistance of his colleague, Miguel. Together they installed two new regular and high beam lights. We had great conversation while they both worked to get the new lights installed. They even mentioned that I had fog lights, and we checked those. They were both out! I'll be back in a few weeks to have them replaced as well. Thank you to Eli and Miguel. I hope you're both there when I return!

I ordered 2 parts for my vehicle (a throttle pedal sensor & a fuel/air sensor). The pedal didn't fit, and the sensor didn't seem to do very well. The store is well kept and stocked. The people there are usually friendly. Good people, but questionable parts in terms of quality. I plan to order parts from the OEM and will update if it turns out to be parts quality

I've been going to Autozone for years. Never had anyone offer up front to help me install something that I was buying. Today a fantastic employee named Lexi offered to help before even finding the part. Service was excellent, and she was exceedingly polite. I greatly appreciated the help.

We stopped by auto zone because our headlights were blown. We were serviced by Lexi W. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! She got us the correct bulbs and removed the old bulbs and then Installled the new ones we purchased. While doing so she explained to us how to properly handle the bulbs to ensure long term use and lessen the chance of blowing them (along with telling us about things she has worked on with other cars). She's an excellent worker (and I personally love the fact that she is a female worker in a male dominant field). Kudos to her for working in a field she enjoys. I would go back to Lexi"s building to get assistance from her again when needed in the future. Keep being the Rock star you are Lexi!!

Jessica, the store manager, greeted me with a smile and made my shopping experience stress free and simple. Not only did she help me with buying the right car battery but she installed it too! Very impressive that she did it herself and didn’t call on another team member to install it. Being a woman going into a car parts store can be overwhelming but Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you and kudos Jessica!

I experience this store every day. The dedicated employees that work for this store I could not be more thankful for. I see the effort they put in on a daily basis. They strive to always put the customers first, even when it interferes with their own family life. They are dedicated, caring, and learning every day to be the best at what they do. They are an amazing team and I couldn’t appreciate them more.

Sunday I went in to get my car quickly checked with an OBD READER..I Had a couple concerns trying to figure out exactly what was going on with my car. Luis quickly got the reader, informed me of a lot of information with it while checking my car. Listened to what I asked or what I didn't know. Was super nice & helpful. Made sure I understood & confirmed what was the issue with my car. Nick came outside installed the battery in my car. Carefully with no issues. Polite also.. Both guys totally helped me out asap! Saved me so much stress! I told them I would leave a review & so I did. Make your customers happy, trust & believe everyone will continue visiting y'all! Thanks a lot & I'll see y'all again soon!???
