They were calling for a huge rainstorm today and I had just realized my wiper blade was damaged so I stopped in last minute. I was in a hurry and Miles quickly installed it for me. Totally saved the day! Thanks again!
The red haired guy behind the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable about Subarus. They had the parts I needed. I was also looking for wrap to put on the chrome around my windows but they didn't have any.
Dayna is a great asset for this location to have behind the counter. She's always ready to help me find uncommon parts, return products, or just being super nice. Her product knowledge is great she knows where things are and I always leave with a smile on my face.
There's a woman that works there with red hair she's very sarcastic very pushy and very rude and she was very rude to a person on the phone while I was there you guys need to reconsider putting her somewhere else not in the front with customers I might actually stayed there and try to get another part if she didn't act like that
Jackie was extremely helpful when I needed a new battery for my car. She was professional, courteous, kind and made the experience a pleasant one. She is outstanding!
Need to keep up with inventory better... Computer says they have the part but when you get there they can't find it and have to send you to another store

So I was in a dangerous situation where both of my headlights were out I went to O'Reilly's and spoke to Dayna and yes guys Dayna is a female and she knew her stuff. I had bought fuses and it wasn't that so I had to buy two new head lamps and she guided me and gave me a suggestion on what to buy she also let me use a pair of pliers as I was in a dangerous situation with no headlights. Thank you so much Dayna thank you O'Reilly Auto parts.

I had an emergency somebody stole my Lugnuts from my car. I walk 20 minutes to get to your location. I got there at 7:45 PM and your location was close. And online and at your location it states that you guys close at 8:pm on Sundays. This is poor customer service. If your closing hours change, please update them.
My husband went down to the store and had a headlight situation with after market part and Pete the assistant manager was totally helpful on his 2015 Chevy Silverado. Great service, he will always comeback!
I came here the first time because advance auto didnt have what i needed, and they sent me here. The 2nd time, auto zone sent me here. Theres only been 1 time that O'Reillys didn't have what i was looking and by some weird luck an employee had an extra in his car and gave me one. I wasnt looking for anything free,but, i was happy he did.

Friendly staff and great management. Willing to go the extra mile so that you don’t have to. They also carry a lot of OEM options which other competitors don’t. And they price match at cost which is a huge advantage. Hours and prices are also good. I recommend this place over the competitors.

They were happy to help and tested my battery, starter and alternator which all came back good. Also checked my engine light... evap again and found i was low on some fluids so filled that and explained why my car was idling low to almost a stall. Very happy I went
On Sunday evening 12/20/20 I had a headlight out and was far from home, I came upon O'Reilly's in southington and stopped in to see if I could purchase another.There were two male employees there who not only got me set up with new headlights he also put them in for me. I was so impressed by how friendly and accommodating they were I would not hesitate to use them again. They were awesome !! I just wanna say how awesome the staff at this store are, I rolled up at 630 when it had already gotten dark, and bought new wiper blades. The guys helped me put them on (cause I had no clue how to do it) and were just really helpful and informative. Thank you guys it was much appreciated!
My right lowbeam was out and I needed a replacement. I went in and a young man named Hector helped me. I told him the make, model, and year of my car and we quickly found a suitable replacement. Then he installed it for me at no extra charge. Quick, courteous, and affordable. I'll definitely be back next time I need something for my car.
Something was wrong with my car and this was the first car place I saw coming off the highway. They came out to take a look at my car and pointed me in the direction of a repair shop close-by, all as a kindness. These people are professional and friendly.. highly recommended!
