My friend received a phone call from the police informing him that his stolen car had been located just two blocks away from the garage. The car was towed to the garage without our consent. Upon arrival, the staff refused to allow us to inspect the vehicle before demanding a payment of $463 for towing. After reluctantly paying the fee, we were shocked to find that the car had been stripped bare – no engine, no tires, nothing remained. I must admit, I have more respect for the thief who stole the car than I do for this garage, unless, of course, they are in cahoots. Bunch of crooks.
ZERO STARS it looks like some things don’t change! I see why all the bad reviews. The lady at the front desk is RUDE and has no manners. It doesn’t matter if you are right or wrong she will not give you the benefit of listening to your point. I don’t understand why the owners do not do anything about it reading so many negative reviews. Family or not of the owners terrible customer service. YOUVE BEEN WARNED of the service!
AWFUL! zero starts. I called the business and the lady at the reception straight up shouted at me for no reason. Literal worst business experience i've ever had in my life. ZERO STARS.
