My old car broke down and I was referred to call them. It was great and easy process straight forward. I called, they picked up my car the next day and gave me the check at pickup very simple. Thank you Syed for being so kind and answering my many questions.

Don't waste your time going in circles with this organization. I have no idea what country the representative I spoke with was in. The only thing I know for sure is calling them was a total waste of 10 minutes of my life.

Operator was great helped me move the vehicle to a safe location so he can do his job at ease also kept his word on the time he was arriving

I had a 23 year old car, that was rusted out but the engine was very good and very low mileage. So it was time to recycle her. The representative I had was Shaan R., he was absolutely very knowledgeable and personable from the first interaction to the day I was going. He explained to me every step of the process!! I drove my car to East Granby and the drop off was easy pesy, in and out done. They do need to put up more signs with instructions to scan the q code outside. But once someone told me that I flew through the process. The staff at the counter were very customer friendly and that was that, I was done. I would highly recommend this company if it's time to put your car to rest!!!!! Thank you 😊

I called on a Monday, they told me they would pick the car up on Tuesday. I called three times and they told me every time someone would be picking up my car that day. Fast forward to 8pm, nobody had picked my car up. They then showed up the next day with no warning or prior call. Extremely unprofessional all the way around

Very unprofessional the granby yard. The pick up was scheduled then they never showed up till 6 hrs later. They lied from the dispatcher to the tow truck driver. I've use d this company before in other states and this was by far the worst experience took 8 days for their check they issued to be inputed for it to be cashed.never fo there it's not worth the hassle

It’s really as easy as it seems. Just do yourself a favor, and call, online anything is annoying, and let’s be real. This is a very big transaction. Just call. It’s easy abs they’re all helpful and relaxed. But again, so nice to work with.

Lots of ring-around-the-rosy on the phone. Took a more than 7 days to get the car picked up, but to be fair that was not Cash for Cars fault just the company they choice to hire for transportation.
