I drove 2 hrs from NYC and it was worth every mile. When you call Ask for TOMMY, he went beyond and above to help me get transmission and transfer case for my Mercedes. All the parts match description and serial numbers. Here no monkey business allowed, but only real people with real parts.. they store everything in warehouse so all the mechanical parts stay in good condition and lubricated and ready to be installed. Def I would do business with them again.
Tommy was the absolute best. He helped answer my questions with compassion (as I’ve been going through it with my car,) and helped me out in every way possible. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a parts shop!
