ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I CALL AND MICHAEL DITCH ME AND NEVER CALL ME BACK,GOD IS GOOD I BROUGHT MY LEXUS TO DO THE CONTROL ARMS,LEXUS ARE REALLY DELICATE CARS AND THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO TIGHT THE PARTS WITH A EXPECT EXACT NOT JUST TOO TIGHT AND I HAVE TO FIXED IT MYSELF,ALSO I BROUGHT MY WIFE SUV TO CHANGE THE SPARKS PLUGS JUST A HOUR LATER THE TRACTION LIGHT CAME ON UFFF STILL LIKE THAT,IT WAS GOD WHO PREVENT IT ME FOR BRINGING IT BACK TO THEM,THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING,NO EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER, DON'T BRING YOUR CAR THERE YOU WOULD ENDED UP PAYING MORE MONEY IN ANOTHER PLACE,IM SO LUCKY HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK

As soon as I called them, the person who answered the phone (Kevin, I’m pretty sure) was very nice and got me in same day to repair my car.
When I got here, I was immediately addressed and offered refreshments.
The service was very quick but while waiting, they did not ignore a very serious problem with my car and ALSO changed that same day as well.
I will definitely be coming back and promoting this business for sure.
Came here for my transmission service and honestly was amazing, very affordable and willing to work with my warranty company. Came again for oil change and fuel pump replacement and very quick, easy, and affordable services 10/10 would recommend best shop in Hartford county
I had a slow leak in my tire and called Strong Alignment to help me. Kevin told me to come on by. After he inspected my tires, we realized I need two new ones. He easily offered me options and pricing. About an hour later, I had new tires and safely drove home. Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous and had great costumer service. Thank you!!!

He was not only skilled but also very kind in explaining the issues I needed to keep an eye on for future repairs. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and gave me great advice on when to think about getting them fixed. On top of that, their prices were way cheaper than other shops I checked out. GO HERE!! My husband and I were recently having so many car issues we took it to the dealer’s mechanic .. we would’ve have to taken out an entire mortgage out to pay them lol. A friend recommended we go here and, Jose and Miker helped us out sooo much! They were VERY HONEST, KIND and RESPECTFUL. Amazing service here, honest and dependable. Ignore the old negative reviews!! It’s under new management. These guys will save you money and be honest with the repairs you truly need. They care about your safety, sometimes cars are expensive to fix, that’s a fact. That being said, these guys will give you most honest and fair price, and will NEVER charge you for things you don’t need or scam you. Maiker and Jose are incredible and experienced. They have saved me thousands of dollars from dealers. I will be sending all my friends here.
i called to get a brake issue checked out, they took me in the same day. They had my car from 3pm-530pm they didn’t close till they finished the job.
He explained what was wrong and charged me a great price for switching out two different parts, definitely coming back thank you!

RELIABLE, is the word I would use for the team! They are very friendly, empathetic, and the best of all HONEST. I read the old comments but This place has been under a new management, personnel and ambiance since October, 2022 and it’s a completely different place than it was 11 months ago. I strongly recommend those who had a bad experience in the past with the old management one more chance and you won’t regret it! Best mechanic shop around
Ever since I moved to East Hartford in January 2023 this is the only place I go to. They do great work and go above and beyond to help out the lil guy. They do their absolute best to fit you in and definitely go the extra mile.
Don't you ever take your car to this place. YOU WILL REGRET IT. The mechanics are scams and they take forever to fix your car. They also don't write down what they do to fix or diagnose your car. Just charges a thousands. & then argue if you try to ask questions. THE WORST PLACE
Never come and get a alignment here, the guy had me waiting for 2 hours then took my car in for only 3 minutes and then drove out and got out the car and said it all done, car was still exactly the same as when i first took it, then i took it back and told him and he said "well your gonna have to drop it off tomorrow so i can look at it" . the man is unprofessional and disrespectful, i have never to to any shop and experienced snything like this, dont waste your time coming here your better off going to one of the shops down the the street like i should of done.
Made an appointment for an alignment, showed up 10 minutes early, saw the sign to ring the doorbell and wait patiently, did so. A few minutes later a guy walks in asking me what I'm here for. I said i am here for my appointment regarding my alignment. He said alright, took my keys and i sat down. About 20 minutes went by. He walks in, says he is done. Asks me how i will pay, and no ones said what he did to the car or if it drives straight (surprise it still doesn't drive straight). Not a friendly person and I don't know if he actually adjusted my alignment.
I made an appointment for an alignment at 12:30 pm on Tuesday August 27th. Got there right on time. No one was at the front desk and a couple minutes of waiting around was cool, I didn't mind it. However, after ringing the bell a couple times, I was standing there for 10-15 minutes before someone came to slam the shop door in my face (door from front area to shop was open) and make me wait a few minutes longer. Finally an older guy came to help me out. He was done in about 20-25 minutes. Brought my car around and I was good to go. I asked for a printed copy of my alignment he says he doesn't do printouts. Would've been nice to know that before the alignment otherwise how am I going to verify everything is straight? Whatever, cool I pay the cash get my receipt and I'm on my way. When I got to hwy speeds I realized my car STILL pulls to the left pretty badly. Only reason you got 2 stars Strong's, is because once you finally got my car in your possession the service was pretty quick. Your customer service is trash. Do better.
I took my 2017 Nissan GT-R in for a front end alignment after another shop couldn’t get it right, Tony and his son did an amazing job and my car is back to normal with no issues, these guys are great and I will not go anywhere else from now on, thank you strongs for being amazing.
I don't usually write reviews but I just had such a bad experience here, I've struggled to keep it to myself.. hopefully it helps you go in eyes wide open to this place. I've been looking for a good alignment shop and came here having seen good reviews and having spoken to my dad who said all of the Pratt engineers (including him) used to go here in the 70s & 80s. While it looks like it hasn't changed since the 70s that isn't my issue with this place -- it's the way I was treated while I waited for tires to be mounted on rims and installed on my truck. The waiting room had People's Court blaring on the TV which you're not allowed to touch. Nobody else was there and I had work calls -- I felt it was okay to turn down the volume so I could actually hear the phone and I guess that was all it took for Tony Jr. (the only one working there) to go from mildly rude to downright obnoxious. Whenever he came back in (from working on my truck) he turned up the volume and hid the remote -- I turned it down as again, I was the only one there and there was impossible to do anything else but listen to that show w/ that volume. After telling me I had to go get valve stems (which I was willing to do), saying my truck was a hunk of junk and leaving my dirty old wheels / tires on the curb for me to load in the back he capped it all off by throwing a bunch of pens at me when I asked for one to sign the receipt, saying I "was a rat that looked all around the waiting room -- how could I not have seen the pens? I saw you on the camera" I guess you're not allowed to look at the pictures on the wall either? As a lacrosse dad and Whalers fan I was actually enjoying the pictures / nostalgia -- heaven forbid anyone actually wait in the waiting room. Some common decency can keep this place from going extinct.
Had great experience with them in past. But must say have gone down hill fast. Price sucks not given up front. I would not go back ever again. Sad because they've been there for long time. But sadly over priced for their service.
